Don’t, use your money elsewhere. One star is for the friendly staff! They are nice but the hotel is in bad, bad shape. ||Was dirty, stuff all over floor, dog hair on sheets and beds. Shower flooded and had to change rooms.. Second room was better but still dirt floors. ||The breakfast was lame. My kids did like the waffles but only sweet stuff and very limited in options. The pool was out of order and the ‘gym’ was like a ice box. Paint is pilling everywhere and dirty floor in hallways.

Hills Have Eyes Vibes! Our original room was filthy with flies and dead flies everywhere. The beds had black crumbs (unknown) all over it, smelled like cat urine, and hadn’t been updated since the 80’s. We immediately called down for a new room, and the front desk lady put us in a new room very quickly. Unfortunately, it wasn’t much better. Still had the fly issues, was not much cleaner, with something very yucky on the floor, hopefully dried conditioner, and the smell of cat urine was potent. Not to mention the beds were terribly hard and I wouldn’t call them pillows. We were exhausted and hungry, so we decided to remain in the room. I would definitely spend the extra money to stay at the holiday in on the other side of the highway. The front desk lady was helpful but didn’t call to see if we were happy with the change. She most likely already knew the answer. The Budget Motel next door looked much worse and the people there sat outside and stared at our window most the night, which made it creepy and was a sleepless night.

NEVER, and I mean NEVER stay here! When I checked in I made it clear my daughter and her dog would stay for three nights but I'm booking for five. They charge a pet fee per day of $28. When I checked my receipt they charged me for having a dog all five night. When I called them to correct it they hung up on me. I thought maybe it was a mistake. By the fourth time they hung up on me I realized that it was not a mistake and the front desk service needs to be fired. Never stay here not only do they not listen when you make your reservation but when they make mistake they pretend you don't exist. They pretend to go get their manager and then hang up. Also the rooms are very run down, and the ac's are so loud you think you are in a space station.

My sister and I stayed here on our way to go visit some family friends. We didn’t really experience any issues. The front desk employees were very helpful and polite. Our room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The area where they serve breakfast has lots of tables and space. The food was great too. When we left, my sister forgot her necklaces in our room which are very important to her. She called the front desk and asked if they would set them to the side for her if they found them. They stayed on the phone with her until they found the necklaces in our room. They put her necklaces in an envelope with her name on it. When we made our way back home a few days later, she was able to retrieve the necklaces from the front desk. Amazing customer service!

The pool is out of service. However the reason I'm leaving a negative review is that when I checked in I was quoted a price of $76 that included tax and my credit card was charged $99 if I was going to spend $100 I would have gone to the hotel across the street with a pool it sucks to be lied to, when I called they acted dumb.

Digusting. Filthy. Horrible conditions. Construction work was being done all day and throught the entire night. The gun range nearby is very loud. The staff is rude. The hotel is next to a federal prison. The other guests were very rude and appeared to be on drugs.

This was the filthiest model I have ever stayed in. There is no security lock on the back door and is open at all times. The carpets in the hallway and stairs had piles of dirt and looked like they had not been vacuumed in years||Had it not been so late and we were exhausted from driving we would have left

Were it not for the fact that I was really tired and not feeling well I would have checked out and asked for my money back as soon as I walked into my room (102). The room had obviously been serviced but I can’t believe that Wyndham would allow their name to be on a motel that is in such a disgusting state of wear and disrepair. When I travel I frequently stay in Super 8s because I find them generally to be a good value, clean and comfortable. I have never spent $100 for a stay that was this bad overall. I really feel like the Wyndham group owes me a freebie after this. I won’t be back and I will caution anyone else not to stay here either.
