NillI had a wonderful experience at this hotel, thanks to the exceptional staff! They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. One staff member in particular stood out for their outstanding assistance - they went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met and made my stay truly special. Their kindness, patience, and professionalism made all the difference. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay with top-notch service!" 5/5 stars!

NillKind of get what you pay for here. The price on the Internet is great. However, at the front desk it says that baby room service twice a week they only do it if you request it. And you have to do with the day before. Breakfast to be desired for since all you have is generic and muffins, coffee, milk and juice. You will see there is a juice machine there but that does not work. I did see the police there on various occasions. The ladies at the front desk are nice. Is it worth staying there? I say yes.

NillI would like to apply for a maintenance position. The shower head was broken , the hair dryer came off the wall, the mount and everything. The bathroom cabinet was hung very precariously . I did arrived from out of state very late in evening, the gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant to talk with, very helpful and the entire check in process was very easy and streamlined. I would definitely like to stay there again if I could get a room with less issues.

NillThe staff are unfriendly and rude! The breakfast is bad they're is nothing hot ! No juice, only cereal available if your lucky. The rooms are infested with roaches! I stayed in room in back by pool but when you look at pool house you can see 100s of roaches AlL over building crawling up and then down to hotel . This place was gross. Not within Wyndym standard. Should be removed from Wyndym period

★★★I really wanted to give this place 3 and a half... To be fair. Definitely not a 4. I had a nice gentleman check me in, but.... it was SO slow. And my first room was already occupied! And then the second room, NEITHER of the key cards worked. So I had to go back to reception twice to finally have it sorted. And seeing other staff members on the desk making what seemed to obviously be personal phone calls whilst people were checking in seemed VERY unprofessional. The room was nice though. Clean, with comfortable beds, good air con and WiFi, and was quiet too. There were a few... shall I say "dubious" people around. Smoking near the back entrance stairs. Guests obviously, but still smoking right in front of the "No Smoking" signs, which annoys me. The area... is OK. We crossed under the motorway to get to Denny's (only a 4 minute walk), and there were the usual people hanging out at the intersection. But nothing really super weird or creepy.... Just... keep your wits about you and probably be at least 2 of you if you're gonna walk somewhere nearby. I did feel sorry for the gentleman checking me in. He looks just like Anthony Perkins, so the Bates Motel kind of sprung to mind. Thankfully, I was not murdered in the shower, which is why I can write this review. But maybe just a little more training for staff and a reminder what they can and can't do whilst on reception, in view and within earshot of customers / guests would be a good idea?

NillThis hotel has been there for me more than once. The last time I stayed was 2 Halloweens ago. I walked in and was trying to take off two sweatshirts at the same time. I yanked on my sweatshirts to get them off and fell face first into the table. All I could think was my grandpa saying take it one step and one day at a time. I broke my nose really bad. I got no blood on the carpet and then went to the bathroom bleeding all over and sat in the bathtub to warm up on Halloween. I passed out in the bathtub until morning and woke in water purely red with blood from my broken nose. The cleaning ladies came the next day cleaned it well. I spent the rest of Mexican Day of the Dead praying for my friends and family who have passed. Where I could have very well been one of them on November 1st. Thank you for being there Super 8. I appreciate you.

NillRooms are VERY DATED, they need ALOT of maintenance. Floor was buckling, no chocking around tub, very little water pressure. Websight says breakfast but was only coffee and muffins. Probably wouldn't stay here again
