Homewood Suites by Hilton Atlanta Buckhead Pharr Road

The front desk agent from the afternoon was very nice and polite. The lady in the mornings not so much.||The hotel has a great location, you are only 10 minutes away from the center of Atlanta, without having to deal with the crowds, so for me and my husband it was great. ||They offer a very nice complimentary breakfast, the place is clean, and the room is comfortable. The a/c system was a little weird to control, if you tried to set the temperature above 70, it would switch to heat which made no sense, so we decided to turn it off, so we wouldn't freeze. ||The hskp staff was also very friendly. ||The pool is nice, but for my taste, if it is going to be indoors, it should be heated since you don't get any of the heat from the sun, it can be a little too cold. ||Overall it was a good stay, I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was not even average Bathrooms was barely clean Sheets aren’t as white as they appear very dengy like ….. BEWARE they will TAKE YOUR MONEY EVEN IF ITS A PROMISED / CONFIRMED REFUND Management sucks and they need a new team that can actually handle situations in a professional manner. save your time and gas and go elsewhere Worst experience ever

I've been here twice, and unfortunately, both experiences were marred by rude service at the front desk. Upon arrival, the staff seemed more interested in their phones and chatting with each other than attending to guests. I felt ignored and unwelcome, as it took a while for anyone to acknowledge my presence. ||This lack of professionalism is disappointing, especially when compared to my experiences at other establishments where the staff prioritized customer service. If you're looking for a place with attentive and friendly service, I would recommend looking elsewhere. It’s a shame because the location has potential, but the service really detracts from the overall experience.

I got a great welcome prior to arriving at the hotel via text. The night desk attendant answered my questions upon arrival. Room was clean and well equipped. I prepare most of my meals myself so the stove and full fridge were perfect along with the dishwasher. Fitness center has two parts one room has all the cardio equipment then the weights are located where the laundry room is. (I found the weights late). Overall the STAY was good. The only negative I have is my car along with a few other folks were broken into.

A Wonderful Stay! Our recent stay at Homewood Suites Pharr Rd was truly exceptional. A big part of this positive experience was due to the outstanding service provided by Adrian and Ambere at the front desk. Their professionalism, knowledge, and helpfulness were truly impressive. They went above and beyond to ensure our family had a fantastic week, offering excellent suggestions and engaging warmly with our children. The hotel itself is lovely, with clean, modern, and comfortable rooms. The only drawback was the limited TV channel selection and the inability to connect a personal streaming device. However, this was a small issue compared to the overall positive experience. The housekeeping team was exceptional, providing thorough and efficient service. The breakfast and Wednesday evening social events were also top-notch, offering a diverse selection of well-presented food in a clean and inviting buffet area. The hotel's amenities were impressive as well. The elevators were quick, the workout area was well-equipped, and the pool area was clean and inviting. We were also able to work productively from our room, with reliable and fast internet speeds that allowed for seamless video calls and presentations. Overall, Homewood Suites Pharr Rd is a true gem, and we highly recommend it to others. Management, please recognize your exceptional team!

Lots of renovation and construction right now. The breakfast was surprisingly good with a number of healthy as well as traditional options. The desk staff could not have been more disinterested in their job.

Positive: A 12 PM check out time ? Negative: The fact that the hotel exterior was under construction was a little but of a negative. The parking deck was especially difficult to navigate and there wasn't adequate signage making it clear how to get in and where to park.

Stayed here 1 night. Queen suite was very clean and comfortable. Clean cold ac..No dust which was very important to me. Bed comfortable! Cars driving on street can be heard early in am but that can be expected as the property sits right at the corner of the street. Elevator was a little delayed but not too bad. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay here again. Breakfast was good enough as well. A gem in Buckhead in my opinion as hotels can be difficult to choose. I don't cared for dated hotels. This hotel got it 95% right! Good Renovations are noticeable here for sure and I appreciate it.
