An excellent experience! Last month, our company hosted a large 3 day event at the hotel. Our staff and guests all stayed on location during those days. The hotels event dept, led by Chikiera and Michelle handled every detail with professionalism and care. Their support staff, Anthony, Curtis and Willy had us taken care of at every turn. Communication between all of us was clear, concise and they anticipated the majority of our needs. Everyone from the front desk crew, to brilliant Kat who takes care of everyone at the bar. Our event went off seamlessly and we even booked again for next year. I can't say enough good things about our time there.

Avoid at all cost. There were hand written numbers on doors, rust throughout the hotel including inside rooms and showers. Stained carpets , just overall filth. Bar was closed because “the system wasn’t working”. Not close to 4 stars. I thought I did research before booking- safe yourself and find another option.

It appears the hotel may have been undergoing renovations, but from the moment I stepped into my room, it was clear that it did not meet Hilton’s usual standards. The first thing that struck me was the overwhelming scent—almost reminiscent of mildew—as soon as I entered. This was immediately concerning, and unfortunately, the issues did not stop there. The bathroom faucet and shower leaked nonstop, and when I pulled back the curtain, I was alarmed to find a blue and brown stain around the faucet. This made it extremely difficult for me to feel comfortable using the shower. Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. The walls, carpet, and curtains were all visibly stained, and even the lamp I needed to use for work was completely filthy. The condition of the room was so poor that I ultimately chose not to shower during my stay. Beyond the room itself, the overall experience made me completely uncomfortable. The hallways were dimly lit and felt unsettling, adding to my unease. This was not the level of hospitality or security I expected from a Hilton property. That said, I believe the best way to make this right would be to extend a full refund for my stay, as the experience did not meet the level of hospitality I expected and deserved. I would greatly appreciate your consideration—can you confirm if this is something you’re able to accommodate?

I have previously stayed at the Hampton Inn and Suites around the corner from this hotel. I booked this through Delta Vacations and I think I got confused and thought this was the Hampton Inn and Suites. I wish it had been. This is a subpar hotel in many ways. |I booked a king corner room for an increased cost. The room is weirdly shaped. with one small window in the corner. The room has peeling wallpaper, dirty carpet, and the TV had limited channels available. The bed was comfortable and there were enough power plugs. The furniture seems updated, just in weird positioning.|The coffee maker was broken, the toilet handle got stuck and the tub wouldn't drain properly. I reported these 3 things to the front desk. When I got back to the room later a new coffee maker was left on the counter, with the old one still sitting there, the toilet handle wasn't addressed, and the "solution" to the slow draining bathtub was to take the stopper out. When I went to the desk to ask about the coffee maker just left on the counter, they said they would send someone up. A very nice man came up and was able to fix the broken coffee maker and took away the one left on the counter. |The common areas were nice, except the work out room. The air vents in the ceiling are in desperate need of cleaning. |The front desk staff were nice and welcoming. Valet is $45 which is way expensive. (Courtyard across the street is $40.) I self parked at $24 per day, but that doesn't include in and out, so one day cost me $42 because I went in and out.|While not a horrible experience, the experience at the Hampton Inn and Suites is usually nicer with nicer and has newer rooms. If you can, stay there instead. I will be.

Facility is showing its age. Night desk clerk was more interested in texting than people standing at the counter. Multiple room key failures among the group i was traveling with. Bar was closed much of the time. Breakfast bar is way overpriced for what is offered and doesn't open till 7am which is too late for business travelers.

The hotel was very clean, everything worked, and everything was beige. So very corporate and not very personal. There is a small bar and restaurant adjacent to the lobby. This is good, in my opinion. Out of convenience I dined there, and the food was pretty average. The only really downside of the experience, was a couple of guests that was very very loudly arguing or fighting between about 3 AM to 5 AM in the corridor to my room. I think they will tell should’ve been quicker to calm them down, or have the police do the same thing.
