CHARNICE and SIDON was amazing at check-in. They allowed me to check in early without a fee. I love this place. It’s near all of the eateries that you can think of properties. Amazing staff is amazing. breakfast was wonderful. Will definitely be back at this location if I’m ever in the Tucker Decatur area

The staff, Jeremy and Charnice, were extremely helpful and kind. We received cookies every day, which was a delightful surprise! They both deserve a 10/10 rating! ||However, the hotel itself could use some improvements. Upon entering, there was a musty odor, and both the rooms and lobby looked outdated. The closet and pantry doors, where the microwave and mini fridge were located, were uneven and didn’t close properly. Additionally, the pool was closed during our stay. ||A nice renovation would make the price we paid per night more justifiable. Overall, our stay was enjoyable and met our needs for a warm place to sleep.

Lovely hotel with polite staff. Jeremy at the FD was very welcoming and professional. The room was comfortable. I like the toiletry products provided in the bathroom. The grab bar by the bath tub needs repair and the towel hook beside the shower needs tightening. I was in #415. The highway and Target is near by for convenience.

I appreciate the efforts of the hotel team as they were very professional, but I feel it is important to share my stay experience. Unfortunately, I do not plan to return to this hotel. Although I understand that my feedback may not be significant, I wanted to share my experience to help improve future guest stays. On the first night, I was woken up by police car lights at 3 AM. When I looked outside, I saw around ten police cars parked at the lobby surrounding the entrance. During my stay, I noticed questionable people walking around the hallways, which made me feel uneasy. In the middle of the night, I heard women screaming and a commotion, which ultimately led me to check out a day early. I hope this feedback is helpful, this was my experience. There is more but the above highlighted my overall stay experience. Location was perfect because it was between my vacation destination but next time I know now where would I stay. I loved stone mountain and there were a lot that is worth returning. Staff were respectful and professional. I have stayed on true 4 Star and this one in my view is a 3 pushing it

Positive: The staff are warm, friendly, and helpful. Due to our long stay, we appreciated the laundry facilities. The room was clean and comfortable. The best of all was the restaurants Infamous Fish Tacos from Marlowe?s Tavern which services the hotel. Negative: I wish there was a microwave and a bathroom fan.

All hand on deck! The room wasn't quite ready when we arrived, but the manager of this double tree location Sharnice provided wonderful accommodations until our suite was ready to check-in! Everyone was very nice! 5 stars 🌟. My Husband loves the Double tree cookies 🍪

I stayed here after leaving Florida because Milton was heading right at us. The room is nice enough, the beds are quite stiff, pillows very soft and flatten to hard when touched minus 1 star. Furniture is old and dated but functional so no stars removed for that. The location is right off the highway with ample places to eat or entertain around. Service when we arrived was good they were nice and helpful. Even nice when we asked for a late checkout. However we put a few things in our car at 1030 and they called and they were in our room cleaning it out like we left. They removed my phone and other person belongings and moved my mom’s ashes and everything from the table near the trash cart. There’s a reason i asked for a late checkout, I wasn’t leaving yet just grabbing breakfast and putting a bag in the car. Breakfast here is 14.99 per person which is a rip off when your kid just wants 1 thing. The fact that they went in my room and were going through my things makes my blood boil a little bit, especially my mother’s ashes. Maybe check the log before you go in a guest room and start messing with their belongings.
