The Westin Atlanta Perimeter North

Exceeded my expectations. The front desk clerk was so helpful. We got to check into one of our rooms early, and she called to let us know that the connecting room was available. Once we made it back from the funeral and checked in our rooms, we did not leave until we checked out the next day. The rest was well needed since we were 8.5 hours from home(yes, we drove). We will definitely be booking another trip soon.

For my son's wedding the venue was terrible to work with. They were unresponsive and unprofessional. The only thing they could do well was apologize, repeatedly. I finally had to ask them to stop apologizing and just get things done, not that it helped. The front desk people were very nice, though you can get different answers depending on who you spoke to. They have a small deli room for food that you would think should be open when the dining room was closed but that would require someone who had some common sense running the hotel. The restaurant starts closing down very early and taking things away from the buffet breakfast so you had to constantly ask for things that were slow in coming, just gave up on some items. Questions i asked leading up to the wedding, that should of been standard answers in my opinion, took over a week "to check on" and get an answer. The server during the rehearsal dinner was rude to guests asking for bread and salad dressing since there was none put on their table and did not serve them dessert until I complained to them. I would strongly recommend you look for a different venue if you are planning a wedding or event. The rooms were OK.

Our stay at this hotel was a significant disappointment. The room was not as it appeared on the website—small and outdated, clearly in need of renovation. The carpet had visible stains, and the bathroom tub didn’t reflect the high standards expected from a Westin. At breakfast, we were initially informed that the hot breakfast bar was not included with our stay, despite it being part of our reservation. We almost had to settle for just fruit and bagels, but fortunately, a staff member corrected the error, and we were able to enjoy the hot bar after all. This trip was meant to be a special occasion for my friend's birthday, and we hoped to relax in what we thought would be a quality hotel while enjoying the city. Unfortunately, this hotel did not live up to the Westin name. I would recommend staying at another Westin that offers the experience you expect.

Stayed in December 2024 for a short getaway. |Room was clean and very comfortable.|Food at Restaurant was very good. |Customer Service was over and beyond.|Kelly at the front desk was AMAZING!!|She was extremely sweet and kind, she always had a smile. She had an answer to all of our questions.|I think she even worked all shifts that weekend. lol|She was always available to help all guests. |Everyone was very nice and pleasant.

A wonderful stay, especially in comparison to some of the similarly priced hotels I’ve rented recently. The king sized bed was ideal, the facilities are clean, the odor is very pleasant inside and the staff was inviting and professional. There is nearby parking, but the walk to the lobby isn’t too challenging for those with needs. It is a hotel where hopefully patrons will be quiet as I did hear the girls next door as clearly as if they were in my room. Once I turned the tv on, it drowned them out and I was fine. Great stay! Highly recommended!

Yehnal, Kelly & Aisha have helped make our stay wonderful. They were incredibly helpful in the checking in process. Anytime we walk by the desk, they have huge smiles on their faces and are incredibly friendly. We are here for a family event and they’ve been rock stars dealing with all of us.

Had such an amazing experience with the coffee shop, specifically with the barista, Danielle. She was greeting everyone with such a smile and was so kind to everyone on the line. I had my toddler and had a rough start to my very early morning but instead of judging me, she was talking to my son in such a sweet way and distracting him so that I could think. Honestly, it's these acts of kindness that will keep bringing people back here.

I was able to do an off menu order for dinner that came out perfectly. Lili at the bar was great. Carlton drove us to our destination with a smile. Gary made sure everything came together with style. Late check out was easy. Valet was prompt. Room was clean and a little warm.
