First let me say, this is a REALLY nice hotel. Especially for the price! Everything is updated and tidy. Check in clerk was very nice and efficient. That being said the room needed a little more attention from the housekeeping staff... Upon walking into our room it smelled great and appeared clean. We are regular travelers so I always check for bed bugs, roaches etc and travel with bleach wipes. Housekeeping needs to wash switches, handles, the tops of the bottles of hand soap mounted on the wall, the in room coffee tray bins needed wiped out, the sliding barn bathroom door itself and the handle were dirty! It took me 5 minutes to clean what they could have and should have to get a 5 star review.... we will stay here again, in hopes housekeeping steps up their game...beds were comfy, coffee 24 hrs, friendly staff.

Wonderful stay for the thanksgiving holiday! Super clean rooms, the shower pressure was amazing! Breakfast was on the lower end of ok, but still pretty edible. Coffee is available all day. Staff was wonderful, overall great stay. Best Home 2 suites we’ve stayed in.

Travelling with 2 young children and a dog. Reserved a suite with a separate bedroom 2 weeks (14 days) in advance. The same afternoon as our arrival, received call from the hotel informing me that they didn't have a suite available for me, despite having a reservation. I was told I could cancel or take a smaller room "at a discount."|Since it was the same day - I was not able to find alternate lodging. Was forced to stay in a room that I did not book and did not fit the needs of my family. The "discount" was about $10. Management was unavailable for the entirety of our stay and has since been non-responsive to my requests for a refund. Why would we pay for a room we didn't book because of your error?|0 stars.||UPDATE: Received this "response"||"We understand how important it is to have a comfortable and suitable room when traveling with children and pets, and we regret that we did not meet your expectations.||Please know that your experience does not reflect the level of service we strive to provide."||You clearly do not regret what happened, or you would make things right. My "expectations" were that a RESERVATION MADE 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE would be honored. Still no clear explanation aside from an 'inventory error?'||All while management has still ducked my direct emails. I will continue to escalate this issue myself for as long as I need to, until we are made whole. Whether you want to admit it or not, my experience DIRECLTY reflected the level of service you did NOT provide.||We stay in Dalton multiple times per year on average. This was our first stay here and will be our last. I would advise ANYONE to book at any of the other nearby hotels who have actual customer service.||Funny enough, I then received an email from the hotel saying the room was not available due to a 'maintenance issue' and was not suitable to sleep in - that is 3 separate 'answers' I have received. All I want is my money back.

This hotel has the best honest employees ever. My son left his wallet in the room, and we were able to retrieve it. I have stayed in many places. I was surprised when I received the call, and a week later, it was there awaiting us. That location has my vote. Sorry, I don't remember the young gentleman who called me. I would definitely vote him in for employees of the month. I was impressed 👌.

Excellent stay both times for overnight stays in One Bedroom King Suite and in Jr. Suite on two separate occasions.|I stayed at this location for an overnight stay on my way to Central Florida during the Labor Day weekend. After a long 11 hour drive I was impressed with the level of customer service I received during the holiday weekend. The front desk attendant was attentive and friendly. |The room was clean and bed was comfortable. My stay during that time was perfect so I booked my return trip back a week and half later.|This time I stayed in the Jr Suite. My check in was just as nice as the first time, however this time less struggle on my part, but the front desk attendant was just as nice. She provided me with a detailed verbal breakfast itinerary outlining start times, etc. The room was clean,the bed comfortable and my overall experience was the same, excellent. This place is great. |I would stay here again on my way to Fl. Please keep up the good work and level of excellence…

The room was clean and neat. Employees were friendly and welcoming. Layout of room and lobby was nice. We enjoyed our time there.

This was a great hotel. We stayed for one night while we were driving through. Very clean rooms. Hotel is beautiful and breakfast was great. Staff was very nice.

Oasis! Very friendly customer service, easy highway accessibility. Room was exceptionally clean and spacious. Water pressure was delightful. Free breakfast was a bonus. Would easily stay for several nights if we weren't just passing through.
