Holiday Inn Express Atlanta W (I-20) Douglasville, an IHG Hotel

My stay was four days, Over all the hotel was clean, my room was clean, the beds are firm, the pillows were great, they seemed new, each bed had four pillows, two very firm and two soft. The breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast food, the dining area was clean and the food fresh. The property outside was also kept clean, The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Had the best breakfast ever. Food was excellent, fresh, warm and plentiful. The beds were comfortable and clean. Kudos to the staff. The staff at the hotel desk impressed me, a senior and my 13 year old grandson. He was so impressed he now wants to work with Holiday inn Express. After college of course . The staff was kind, knowledgeable, helpful & very professional. I will stay at this location when I visit family in the area. Exceptional experience.

Easy access to interstate. Check-in was a breeze. Dining and desk staff were friendly and helpful. Any amenity I accessed was clean and in good working condition (dryer and ice machine). We had breakfast and it was fair. Convenient in that this got on the road quickly. Coffee was good and was ready well before breakfast hours. We appreciated that because we are not fond of Keurig or other 'instant' coffee offerings. Beds were good, pillows were better than expected and we got restful sleep.

The staff here was very helpful and kind. The room was nice and clean. My partner and I enjoyed ourselves to the fullest! I did not eat breakfast although it WAS included, however, the amenities provided were more than sufficient. I left satisfied with my overall experience.

This hotel is inline with the usual Holiday Inn Express offering. Its clean, well maintained, and predictable. Some reason I like this hotel are: Nice workout room. Larger than most. Has nice array of equipment that all works. Open 24/7 Great Staff- Joey always has fresh coffee at 5am and a smile. Convenient, right off I-20, but far enough you dont hear the highway. Has a Cracker Barrel and a decent seafood buffet right across street. Walmart and Sams club are next door as well. Ractrac gas station and waffle house right by as well. Only negative is the power outlets in most rooms are loose, can be hard to keep chargers in if you have a heavy, Hi-power charger like I do. Manageable, but just something to work around. Breakfast is traditional basic items in most chain hotel. Overall, I like staying here for the reasons mentioned. regularly in this area, so its a comfortable place

Checked in, staff always very pleasant and efficient.... room was upgraded, whatever, but when I arrived at room, the door was propped open by the swinging latch. Looked like someone was in the room. Knocked on door, no answer, cautiously entered room, checked around. No one in the room. Every single light was on. TV would not turn on, unplugged at rear of TV. I reconnected. Packing clips on all the liquid soap dispenser shafts, I removed so I could use. One half used roll of TP. Only HI that I have visited the trash can liners are left draped over the top of the trash cans; weird guest must place trash bag in can to dispose of trash. Noticed chips / trash under front of couch. Rooftop exhaust fan in bathroom, ( I was on the 5th floor ) if on a timer, must not be set correctly, heard fan come on 2am or so in the morning and midafternoon, was loud. not sure many guests are showering at these times. Hair in sink. Get that there was a plumbing emergency in the reception area the day I checked in, was not aware that breakfast would be limited, no coffee, juices, etc....only chocolate milk in cooler, staff was nice enough to bring out regular milk and stock in cooler for me....again, weird.... not the usual.

I enjoyed our stay. Everyone we encountered was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The entire facility was very neat and clean. Our room was very nice and comfy! Thank you to everyone we came in contact with!

We had a wonderful stay. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and front desk staff were always helpful. Emily was very patient with helping us to get into our booked room as we checked into another room earlier in the middle of the night.
