Economy Hotel Forest Park

So I've been here for a month and it's adjustable and affordable. The staff has a very cool, warming, mature and professional attitude, great way of communicating and is overall persistent. It's a great place for those who are employed in the airport or warehouse fields of work.

Starting off, the general manager, James, was great! On point with all to any issue, make sure the guest are very well taken care of! The staff is friendly, courteous! The atmosphere is warming, the location is super convenient. Near any need(s). Gas, grocery, laundry, postal service, entertainment, etc! The grounds are very well kept, the maintenance team is speedy and punctual if there ever be an issue. The rooms are cozy, wide windows for view. The residents are warming, welcoming. Service is also speedy!

The economy hotel is very affordable and clean. The 2 managers are very welcoming and helping . James and dria has great customer service skills , loving , caring and very helpful . My room was nice and clean and fridge works very well. I can't help but to state how this place has became my home away from home and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who's looking for temporary or permanent housing. They are amazing . And I mean amazing any problem I encountered while being here was fixed ounce maintenance came to my room. But my ovral emotion is satisfying I'm very content and happy about my choice in staying at the economy hotel .

If I could put a negative ten I would. The general manager James is very unprofessional I listened to him curse my brother out. Because my brothers room flooded from the second floor room toilet and he asked for housekeeping or compensation. They never came to remove the sewer water and treated a paying customer like he was not a priority. We attempted call Corporate and they were no better Jasmine if that’s even her name was rude and unprofessional and also hung up in our face for no apparent reason. Let me not leave out that the heat has not worked since day one and I continued to inform the staff and to no avail. The issue was not resolved. Please do not stay at this trashy, unprofessional, unclean, unsanitary disgusting place. Pictures are included in the picture section!

The staff is very polite and someone always in the offices to answer your questions and phone calls and what I like about it before you got a room purchase unless you see the room first and I love that it’s close to my job. I recommend for people who getting paid weekly or biweekly to stay here and there’s no drug addicts of people hanging outside and it’s close to the airport and their expressway.

While I was here in room 368 I had and great time my favorite staff dria was nice and funny. The room was clean I had no problems when it came to paying because they were very affordable.

Great friendly staff! I had to get an emergency room for my son who had just gotten out of the marines, and the staff was super friendly. Yes, the rooms need some maintenance, but for emergencies they were very accommodating!

Economy has been the cheapest motel I have stayed I recommend you stay here to save money James the Gm has great Customer Service. Dria has been nothing but generous during my stay. Kesha great personality I recommend
