This place is disgusting. After checking into my room, the first thing I notice was the bathroom being dirty. It looked like no one scrubbed nor cleaned the bathtub. After viewing that, I decided to look around the room to see what else not appropriate. The bed sheets had stains on them. I requested them to either give me a new room or have someone clean the room. I was told they would fix it. I left for almost an hour and realized they changed the sheets but they had stains on them too. The bed sheets wasn’t the only thing with stains on them. The towels have stains on them too. It’s like they are too cheap to buy new sheets and towels. To me it wasn’t worth it. The staff members are nice, but the service is poor.

I booked this place and needed to change the dates because of my plans arrangements. My agency and myself tried multiple times contacting their phone number and hangs up immediately. I called the other hotel right across of them and they said they are still in business and can’t help me get their phone number that works. I’m stressed out knowing dat i paid this hotel and there’s nothing i can do about it to get something out of it. I should have done more research and give them a call just to be sure that if something comes up and someone accommodate my request. Again i regret booking this hotel and i’m sure they are happy taking my hard earned money according to their “policy”. Beware online bookers. This is the first experience that i encountered prebooking a hotel that can’t be contacted at all.

Positive: There is nothing that I liked about the hotel. It needs to be cleaned. They need to remodel this hotel, and order new bedding like sheets and blankets because it looks like tractor trailers rolled over it Negative: Yes! Not cleaned, bedding sheets and towels not cleaned

Positive: The cleaning crew she always made sure my towels and washcloths were clean. And cleaned my rm when I requested Negative: TES EVERYTHING NEEDS UPDATING AND CLEANING

DO NOT GO HERE!! When you book a night here you have to basically clean everything yourself from the bathroom to the fridge and microwave. Gnats and roaches are very visible. I couldn’t even eat my food, they were that bad. The man at the front desk “BRAD” or something similar has a very nasty attitude. Libby and the other man with a mustache we’re very nice and was trying to help with my complaints to the best of there ability. I still wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The lady is very respectable and cordial. The rooms are under renovation and I could small cigarettes smoke but the good part is they are available to work with you.

No type of microwave or fridge for the entire 6 night stay I paid for $60 worth of food just wasted had to resort to ordering in. I booked off choice hotels which I'm a member didn't get my discount was also told by the receptions. "Parker" that there was a $35/day pet fee even if you pay for a week. I demand a refund I have more pictures and all receipts I find the absolutely absurd that I paid so much for a place I couldn't even make a meal in.

This is a motel for someone on a tight budget! You will see roaches and dirt! It will be up to you to clean the microwave/fridge and spray for roaches! Other than that it’s ok but if you have high standards don’t come here! The man at the front was very nice but I was irritated that we seen roaches! But I don’t want to be negative about my experience!
