Hotel O Atlanta Airport Jonesboro/Morrow I-75

I had a wonderful stay at Motel O. The manager and staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The motel is spotless and clearly well-maintained, and I appreciated the strong focus on security, which made my visit even more comfortable. Overall, Motel O offers a secure, clean, and welcoming environment—highly recommended!

Very very unpleasant unusual staff. Unclean rooms. Unsafe environment. Made me pay $25 for an extra hour after checkout time and then told me I had to wait in the office. Unclean rooms. Unclean bedding. Overall nasty and uncomfortable place to even spend a single night in.

The hotel has decent pricing, clean rooms, and friendly staff. They make sure the property is safe and clean for all guests. They have vending machines with soda and snacks also.

Positive: I regret using this app to get the hotel.. it was pathetic. Cockroaches, bedbugs, hostile staff, poor location. I wish I had known Negative: As above. It was horrible

Dated 09/16 literally the worst life altering experience ever. Literally, take my advise DON’T HAVE ANY GUEST AS THEY WILL CALL THE POLICE AND GET YOUR GUEST ARRESTED ALL BECAUSE THEY DON’T KNOW THEM. I left my guest at my room for a few hours and while on property he was approached by staff. Once my guest told him verbally whom he was with along with showing management a room key do you know they CALLED THE POLICE ON HIM TO HAVE HIM REMOVED WHEN HE DID NOTHING WRONG. Rather than call me and verify if in fact this was true. Upon returning my guest was openly questioned, interrogated, all the while management tried to argue with him as well as officers. All my with even them arguing with me when asked for them to unlock door to remove his things. True I get security and the safety of the grounds HOWEVER, I feel management racially profiled my guest and ESCALATED THE SITUATION INSTEAD OF USING COMMON SENSE. Owner older Indian gentleman EVEN TRIED TO ARGUE WITH POLICE. Be warned YOU CANT HAVE GUEST AT THIS HOTEL. Known or unknown. Worst service ever. I I could give an even lower score their score would be in the POTS OF HELL CATEGORY

Filthy! The walls were dirty. You don’t get maid service. Tub looks like it has mold on it! Had to use towel as bath map and it was black because the floor is filthy!!! Terrible

DO NOT WASTE MONEY HERE! I booked 2 nights and there is some bald headed guy who walks around the parking lot (I’m guessing security) banging on doors at 12 am telling me that he works there “ and his wife has to work early in the morning” just because my girlfriend walked out of the room for a cigarette. I closed my door too hard for his liking 😂 I spent a total of maybe 2 hours in the room. Left the racetrack after the race, passed out and this is how this guy acts. Unprofessional. The place is DISGUSTING! It should not even be opened.

Rooms require updating.... Rooms are in need of thorough housekeeping attention regarding cleanliness. There was a previous guest's shaved hair all over the bathroom sink and walls....VERY UNPLEASANT! Ray was very polite!
