NillNot a great experience. When we pulled up to check in on a Saturday afternoon and the place look closed. The grass was high and a lot of tall weeds. Even though it was the 2nd weekend of February the outside should have been kept better. The room was dark and the carpet seemed damp. Somewhat musky smell. The bathroom was dark and the yellow calking due to age around the toilet looked dirty. Hall carpet needed to be vacuumed. Not to friend young man checked us in. At least the morning staff was very friendly as was the lady attending to the breakfast area. Even though I did not eat there. There were fresh hot items, fresh fruit, along with cold dairy options. Overall, the hotel was very dated, not maintained inside and out. Definitely would not recommend.

★★The staff were very pleasant and did their best to help. However, that is where the positives end with my stay over the last 4 days. We had 2 rooms, and below were the issues. |1. Had to move due to non- working toilet. |2. Had to move again because the door to the room would not open. |3. The other room set off the fire alarm when the heat was turned on. |4. The hair dryer only worked work a short period of time. |5. I confirmed that we were on the schedule for the rooms to be cleaned after the first night. However, when we returned our rooms had not been cleaned. The staff at the front desk stated that they planned to let the manager know, and they did provide a set of clean towels. |6. The garbage was left at the top of the stairs blocking the steps. I moved it off to the side, but it had not been picked up in a day. ||Overall this is a run down Hampton Inn and one that Hilton should review. As a Diamond member I have seen a lot of Hilton properties, and I do not plan to stay at this hotel again.

NillDuring my stay at the Hampton Inn in Perry, GA, a BEDBUG was found in my bed about halfway through my stay. I t was actually crawling on the pillow as I was preparing my things for the following day. I immediately informed the front desk and departed the hotel early. I had to drive 40+ miles in the middle of the night (11:30 pm) to find another hotel that had availability. The next morning, I had to find a laundromat and launder my clothes as to not spread anything. Upon making contact with the Hilton Diamond Desk, who contacted the hotel directly, it was relayed to me that I would not be charged for my stay, the hotel management would contact me within 48 hrs., and there would be some type of compensation for my inconvenience. Here it is over 2 weeks later, and I still have not heard from the hotel. My credit card was charged for the stay, and this is unacceptable. I as the customer should not have to constantly be the one reaching out to resolve this. This is by far THE WORST customer service I have ever received. I contacted Hilton Honors desk again today and was told the hotel will contact me within 48 hrs. I feel Hilton has not been honest and upfront with me. This is unacceptable.

★Positive: Great breakfast offered and very clean. Staff was very nice. Negative: Handicap rooms were too far from elevator. Being on second floor and being wheelchair bound, no way to escape in case of fire. All handicap rooms should be on bottom floor.

NillLove staying here! Great staff, amazing breakfast, and clean rooms! Only downside is the amount of light that comes in from hallway and window at night

NillCurtains don't block lights. Beds are sp hard and out of date, like sleeping on rock. Rooms were dusty, and dirty floors we're even vacuumed. It's not worth staying here again!! Not Hampton Inn worthy.

★★★★We stayed at this hotel twice on our trip. Once going down to Florida and then coming back home. It was like we stayed at two different hotels. The room we had the first time was very neat and well maintained. We were extremely impressed. On the return trip we were on the opposite side of the hotel and the room needed some attention for sure. The sink and tub both drained slowly and the wall paper was peeling back in the bathroom. |The front desk staff was friendly. We did not eat breakfast either morning so I can't attest to the breakfast.

NillAwful!! Absolutely awful. They had a credit card authorization form signed and still decided to charge whatever they wanted! Erica Taylor had a terrible attitude! She's rude and honestly just vile. I have never been to a Hampton in that had the most clueless, rude, disgusting people not only working there but running it! And then after the mistake was brought to her attention, she decided that it's not my concern to know why and they AGAIN CHARGED MY CARD for another amount! Don't trust them with your card numbers! They are writing them down and charging me whatever they want whenever! Horrible disgusting people. Stay at ANY other hotel off 75 if you don't want your financial information stolen!!
