NillAbsolutely loved my stay here. Brandon was amazing at the front desk from the first time we spoke over the phone to the day I checked in. The location is great. Close enough to the historic district without the hustle and bustle of it all. The rooms were clean and beautiful. Loved the floors. I missed breakfast so that means I will be back. Side note: The water pressure was extremely low. Brandon, if you see this, the second restaurant was ehhh. Stick to Vic’s on the River.

★★Came for a weekend getaway. First was greeted by Brandon who seemed to be bothered by doing his job. The room was clean but did have a few issues. The shower has no shelving to put your shower toiletries. Our bathroom only had a quarter roll of toilet paper. The door was very squeaky and no fan to vent the bathroom. There is no room safe and the smoke detector has a bright blinking light. The gym is nice with a variety of equipment. Not a fan of the hot breakfast items. The potatoes were bland and the pancakes were not tasty. Think they should consider doing a buffet style with more options. Wont be returning.

★★★★I stayed for two nights in February. When I booked the property, I didn’t realize it was a new property. I was happy to stay in this new property for a much better price than hotels closer to historic downtown.Overall, I had a good stay, but there were a couple of things that could be rectified.||My room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and I truly hated to leave it each morning. I didn’t have any problem with noise from other rooms or outside.||There was no safe in the room, even though it looked like there were wires for where the safe should be. I inquired at the front desk and was told none of the rooms have safes. I assume maybe they are on back order and didn’t arrive before opening.||The other problem was the shower. It is very narrow and there are no shelves to put your shampoo, razor, etc. Also the drain plate in the shower was not screwed in, so this seems like it might be a hazard.||I had a chance to use the fitness room. It still smelled brand new. There was a good variety of equipment.||I stopped by for breakfast and enjoyed the selection. Cereal, fruit, bagels, egg bites. I was a little confused at first about where to find plates, but I figured it out (underneath). I really like the chobani yogurt stand. I didn’t get a chance to try the made to order breakfast so I am not sure what was being offered.||Overall, it was a pleasant stay. I would recommend and would stay there again if I am in town and don’t mind the distance. ||FYI I was going to the convention center each morning. It was about 20-25 minutes.

NillGood location and nice, newer hotel. Pros are a legitimate breakfast though the layout is a little strange and some of the food was out. New parking lot. Our double room was very big and the bathroom was large too. Staff was pleasant. Cons are the walls are thin. The toilet has a loud flush. Front desk check in is about 8 ft from the front door. The AC is abrupt instead of a low flow; felt like temp fluctuation was large. Overall I’d recommend the hotel if you get a good deal.

NillJust stopped for the night on our way to Florida. Stayed on 5th floor in 521. Immediately noticed getting off elevator that several rooms had food trash outside of doors and also there was a big bag of trash right by the elevator. I.mentioned this to the front desk and he just laughed it off that it would be picked up early in the morning, which it was. I heard them about 5 am but that bothered me as i felt that was just inviting bug issues. Some people's doors were not closed and they were very loud and it was about 1030 pm. Room was pretty clean with the exception of hair in the shower. Bathroom had no.where to hang your towels nor bathrobe and shower had no where to put your toiletries. My biggest complaint, however, was the lack of privacy curtains or shades. I was literally up all night as there was only a mesh shade and every street and store light shone thru as if it was daylight so it wasn't dark enough for sleeping. I even called the front desk at 4 am because I felt like I must be missing something that you could close to keep out the light and he said no, that there were no curtains or anything. He offered to move me to a different room but my husband was asleep as it didn't bother him. I would suggest bringing a sleep mask. The breakfast concept is good and a welcome change from all the other boring free breakfasts in other motels where you're not even getting real eggs. However, the cook uses way too much butter for my liking and I could hardly eat my egg sandwich because of how much butter used. I also miss the individual yogurt cups. The yogurt bar was nice but I saw people taking their used bowls back to the bar and adding more fruit to their bowl they were already eating out of. Yuck. Also they have no hand sanitizer stations anywhere in the lobby! Not sure i would stay here again.

NillPros: - 5 floors, nice size lobby and a great sitting place outside with ceiling fans(I didn't get a chance to use it because it rained) - parking is adequate - Room ac/heat is very quiet. Not your typical in wall under window unit that usually tends to be loud - rooms have little kitchens and good size fridge - Nice size tv with ability to stream or plug in your Device - Mattresses are perfect. Not too soft or too hard. Pull out couch mattress is nice and firmmuch better than flimsy mattresses I experienced in other hotels - bathrooms are nice and modern but.... (read later) - water is very soft, so depend on your hair if you like that - room are clean and some sheets from the pull out couch even still smell like new - gym has few machines and other exercise equipment - laundry room has few washer and dryers Cons: - showers hardly have any pressure because of the low gpm shower heads. Water flow from the is so low that teasing off shampoo is very hard. You get more water flow during the rain storm event, outside. Seriously! Flow is very restricted - shower drains are modern so they look cool but collect a lot of mold around metal drain that is not cleaned often - breakfast is made in front of you nor buffet style. So you have to wait. Eggs, omlet, pancake and french toast. That is all thats warm. Eggs are fresh, pancake mix is horrible. They do run out of things on a weekend. You still get English muffin, fruits, cereal, toast.

NillManagement is LACKING! When I first arrived after booking online, there was just a sign at the desk saying they'll be right back, waited 30 minutes. When they arrived, no sense of urgency or acknowledgement they made people wait. Booked me into a dirty room with an unmade bed. Changed room to a floor with kids having a party all night. Multiple residents complained, no action from Management. Coffee in the lobby in the morning was cold and old. Even after the coffee ran out, they never changed it out. Elevator smelled like weed. I do not recommend this hotel.

NillThe best part of our stay was the service. We had the continental breakfast and Ms. Wakesha was very sweet, she made us delicious pancakes and French toast. Their orange blossom muffins are absolutely delicious. When they ran out of the muffins, I asked Mr. Jerry if they had more. Ms. Wakesha specifically made more for us and Mr. Jerry found me to give me the muffins. It really made my day! Ms Ruth was super sweet and helped get us more forks and other items. All the staff were very kind and hardworking! They made our stay wonderful! Our room was really nice and spacious. We had two kids in their own pack and plays and we stayed in an accessible room. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us, the room was clean and comfortable. The shower flooded into the bathroom but it’s likely because of the accessibility of the shower. We mentioned it to the front desk staff when we left and they said they’d take care of it. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you all for providing a wonderful experience.
