NillI had an awful experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. Here are the major issues I encountered: Broken Mirror – The mirror in my room had a sharp, broken edge, which caused me to cut my finger when I accidentally brushed against it. This should have been addressed before the room was rented out. Cleanliness Issues – The bed sheets and blanket were visibly dirty, with black spots on them. It was completely unacceptable. Additionally, there was dog waste in the hallway carpet that went uncleaned for three days. Noise and Poor Response – On the first night, we were kept awake by loud noises from the guests above us—running, jumping, and stomping. Despite calling the front desk, the noise continued. When I called again, they claimed they had gone upstairs but hadn’t heard anything, and suggested it could be from the next room. No one came to check, and they didn’t offer any solutions. To make matters worse, they abruptly hung up on me. More Disruptive Noise – The following day, a guest with two dogs was placed next to us. The dogs barked incessantly, further ruining any chance of rest. Again, no attempt was made by the hotel to address the issue. Breakfast Issues – Breakfast is served from 6 AM to 10 AM, but when I went down around 7 AM, they had already run out of milk, and there was no refill. The replenishment of hot items was incredibly slow, and many items were missing or empty, which made for a frustrating experience. Overall, my stay was far from satisfactory. The hotel clearly lacks attention to guest comfort and safety, and I will not be returning. I strongly advise others to avoid this place.

★★★★★We've stayed here several times before & it's been good. The lady who was manning the front desk & who checked us in was excellent & very nice. We were on the 2nd floor & it was quiet. We stayed for 4 nights in a king room. It was clean. Breakfast was included which included some fresh fruit every day - apples, oranges & bananas. There was even a yogurt machine instead of individual cups. Some of the parking was under the hotel. Parking was free.

NillThe rooms are very nice and spacious and comfortable bedding, though the indoor pool was not heated at all the whole time we was there, the kids wouldn’t get in the water, we was given no more towels or things like that as said and it is not very sound proof. We found a few dead roaches. And the shelves were kinda toasty, alone with the pool being cold later on after being in the pool I got pink eye in both eyes so it was not very clean, and very bad key problems, and the door will not lock in the room we stayed in.

NillWe got put in this hotel by my husband's work so he could easily access work during the winter storm. Despite the city being shut down, I've been provided hot breakfast every morning (with enough options to keep a 2 year old happy), fresh coffee 24/7, and despite room service no being available, anything I have needed including extra coffee packs, towels, and a housekeep to come vacuum (I tried to borrow vacuum cause again, 2 year old). Everyone has been extra kind and courteous. Some of our neighbors are a but loud, but people are displaced and I know my toddler had night terrors the first night he was here and no one came banging. I clean when I enter places (again, 2 year old) and it is apparent this room was thoroughly cleaned and dusted, the wipes never lie!

★★★★★General Impressions:||Check-in was seamless since I did everything through the app. I parked in the garage, walked to the elevator, and went straight up to my room without issue. The hotel appears to be relatively new construction.||||Room Details:||The room is spacious and well-equipped.||||Kitchen Area: It includes an almost full-sized refrigerator, plates, bowls, utensils, and some kitchenware. There’s also a full-sized microwave, full kitchen sink, full-size dishwasher, and a Cuisinart coffee maker with the pull-out disposable filter trays. One of the coffee cups had already been opened and put back into the plastic, which was odd because they all normally come sealed in plastic. The disposable filter holders were also already out of their plastic, which made me think they had been used.||||Paper Towel Roll Holder: A very handy feature that I think every hotel room should have.||||Living/Dining Area: There’s a dining table, multiple counters (including one that serves as a desk with an office chair), and a counter with a TV. The living room area has a pull-out sofa, a floor lamp, a table with a pull-out side table, and an ottoman.||||Bedroom Area: There’s a large counter with a shelf above it, light sconces on the wall by the window and both sides of the bed, and a lamp between the beds. A curtain separates the bedroom from the living/kitchen area.||||Bathroom: The bathroom was clean, but the toilet paper situation was weird. The roll was almost finished, and instead of being on a sanitary toilet paper hanger, it was sitting by itself on a shelf. That’s not something you can easily get out of your head when you have to pick up the roll to use it.||||Cleanliness Issues:||While the room itself appeared clean at first glance, there were noticeable problems:||||A dirty glass and fork in the kitchen cabinet.||||One coffee cup had its plastic wrapping opened, and unwrapped disposable filter holders were in the coffee maker.||||Attention to detail was lacking in general areas like drawers, where I found minor debris or dust.||||Breakfast Review:||I really liked the breakfast setup. They had pre-made items like omelets and sandwiches in a display case, which is something I’ve never seen before, and I thought it was a nice touch. I tried the chicken sausage with egg and gouda on brioche, which was satisfying. The waffle irons (the flip kind) worked great, and the waffles came out very good. The coffee was solid as well.||||Cleanliness Under the Buffet:||While getting breakfast, I noticed the drawers underneath the buffet had some small pieces of trash, hair, and dust, which showed a lack of thorough cleaning.||||Service Observations:||There were several employees in the breakfast area. I purposely tested to see if any of them would acknowledge me by going up for coffee twice and standing right next to a woman I believe works at the front desk. She never greeted or acknowledged me despite making eye contact, which felt like looking into a statue. There was also an employee behind the breakfast counter and another nearby, but neither spoke to me.||||Housekeeping Experience:||Housekeeping staff during checkout was a completely different experience. Mimi, one of the housekeepers, was extremely friendly and had a great personality—she’s truly an asset to the company. Another housekeeper I encountered was also very friendly.||||Final Thoughts:||The room itself is spacious, functional, and well-designed, but the cleanliness issues and lack of staff engagement in the breakfast area bring the overall experience down. The hotel feels like it’s just getting by and not putting in the extra effort to shine as a Hilton brand. Housekeeping, on the other hand, stood out with great service during checkout.

NillThe hotel was okay. However, someone decided to smoke something in their room and set their couch on fire, and the fire alarm went off at 2:30am in the morning. We had to evacuate the hotel. It took about 15 minutes for the Fire Fighters to get there. We didn't get back into the hotel room until around 3:30am. The hotel manager apologized, but we should have been compensated for our inconvenience.

★★My wife and I stayed in December 24, on Tuesday morning at 1030 am the maintenance man bangs on our door, even though we had a Do Not Disturb sign on the door, I got dressed opened the door and asked why he's banging on the door, he showed me a list, I told him to stop banging on my door, he said I was rude. On Wednesday at 930am I hear the housekeeping staff, I hear thumping on the wall, loud music, staff yelling down the hall at each other. At 1230 we left and I told them to be quiet, The one housekeeper was a smart ass with me saying " I guess we can't have fun at work" All my wife wanted was a relaxing vacation. Here are pictures of our shower. If the housekeeping staff would spend more time cleaning and not screwing around.
