★★Pros: location, cleanliness||Cons: noise, low water pressure, no drawers for clothing, very limited desk space, and the breakfast buffet is a joke.||If you are looking for a short stay convenient to the historic district, The Bluff is convenient and the price for that area is competitive. I was surprised, however, by how many corners they cut on essentials in their most recent remodel. Sound abatement was adequate for outside noise, but inside noise was a problem. The noise from slamming doors was particularly loud and frequent. Water pressure was low, affecting the shower. Desk space was limited to a bar-rail style desktop barely deep enough to accommodate a laptop. And, the only drawer in the entire room was in the one bedside nightstand (you know, the one with a bible in it).||Don't waste your time on the "breakfast buffet." During our stay, most of the chafing dishes were empty, and the ones that had any food at all had low-level food service items like canned corned beef hash, canned sausage gravy, and reconstituted scrambled eggs. During our stay, there was no decaf coffee and only one fruit juice available. I have had much better at three-star hotel chains, and there are certainly a number of better breakfast alternatives a short walk or drive from the hotel. ||If location and cleanliness are your biggest concerns, maybe The Bluff will satisfy you. If you are expecting the usual Hilton standard, you will likely be disappointed.

NillOutstanding Stay with a Few Drawbacks Overall, our stay was outstanding! The staff was excellent for the most part, and the rooms were immaculate and well-maintained—huge shoutout to the Housekeeping Team for their incredible work! However, there were two notable issues: 1. Parking Charges: There was no notification of the parking fee at the time of booking or during check-in. Since the checkout line was long and we were in a hurry to begin a 7+ hour drive, I opted to check out through the app. It wasn’t until I received the closing invoice hours later that I discovered a $25/night parking charge. When I called to clarify, I was met with a curt and annoyed response: "That’s our policy, and you should read the fine print," followed by an abrupt hang-up. It was a frustrating experience and something future guests should be aware of. 2. Hot Breakfast: The hot breakfast offered at $18/person/day is not worth the cost. We found better value and quality by dining at a nearby restaurant, which was actually cheaper even after including the tip. Despite these issues, the overall experience was still positive, thanks to the exceptional rooms and housekeeping. With a few improvements in communication and service, this hotel could easily offer a perfect experience!

NillVery poor customer service. Unwelcoming front desk. Very awkward. Feels like I was an inconvenience. Loud housekeeping staff talking at 8 am in the hallways. Had half a roll of TP in my room at check in and no extra rolls. Do not recommend it, unfortunately. It was a disappointing stay for my first time in Savannah.

★★★★The hotel was very nice and clean The location was okay for walking to City Market but glad to have the shuttle. The shuttle driver, Will, was great and was definitely nice to have as a driver. The tv's in the room seemed to have streaming issues. Would be really nice if the tv's allowed HDMI input to function, like being able to use a firestick or PlayStation. Have never stayed at a hotel that didn't allow the inputs to be used before

NillStayed here for a short business trip. The front desk was welcoming & informative right when walking in, including reviewing the cost for parking ($25/day) & small shuttle service available to a few spots in downtown. The room was clean. Location is decent although a few blocks from the main part of historic downtown. Breakfast was a standard buffet style, but also had a la carte. Highly recommend the omelettes as they are made to order! Thank you to Keke for keeping the dining area clean & your attention to detail on the food presentation was noticed. Your friendly smile & attentiveness to guests was a highlight.

★★The room and front desk staff were great, but I'm disappointed by the training you've given your breakfast team. I didn't have time to enjoy the full sit down breakfast you offer(looked fantastic), so I asked if I could buy one banana. I was particularly surprised by the answer, "Yes, you can, but I have to charge you the full breakfast price". I believe the full breakfast prices is about $17-18, so I didn't buy a banana.||I understand she was merely passing along the information she was told by leadership, ie; training, so I wasn't upset with her. I am, however highly disappointed in Hilton. She had no idea I travel 35-40 weeks/year, I'm lifetime Titanium with Marriott and was trying out the Hilton brand from a multi-year hiatus with stays in SC and GA this week.||I'm not looking for a call, email or any complimentary items, etc, but I felt if you were going to send me a survey request that I would give you the honest facts.

★★★★★Exceptionally clean, quiet and comfortable and great location. Nice happy hour and great breakfast. Brittney and Keena were exceptionally helpful. Loved the cute shuttle to and from City Market. We loved our stay in Savannah Georgia. There was so much to do and see.

NillStayed the night in Savannah on our way back from vacation. Our usual spot apparently has gone down hill, so we spent a little extra and stayed here and it was the right choice. The front desk staff were very helpful with restaurant options, the shuttle and driver were a great feature and he was really friendly. Rooms were a great size and had everything you needed. Will definitely recommend and stay again.
