Positive: There was available parking. Negative: The hotel was disgusting. NOTHING was clean. The lobby is well kept but the rooms are terrible. My room wasn?t cleaned and there were incents in the air conditioner with ashes all over. I showed front desk staff who did nothing. No towels in room.

We are deeply disappointed to report our experience at the AmericInn by Wyndham. Upon checking in, we found the hotel conditions to be completely unacceptable and unfit for guests. The room was unsanitary, with drug paraphernalia found throughout the premises, unclean sheets, visible bedbugs, and an overall lack of proper maintenance and hygiene. The safety and well-being of guests should be the highest priority for any hospitality provider. Unfortunately, our experience at this location raises serious concerns about the standards being maintained. We urge management to take immediate action to address these critical issues to ensure no other guests are subjected to such unsafe and unhealthy conditions. We are also encouraging others to exercise caution when considering accommodations at this location until significant improvements are made. We hope this matter is addressed promptly and responsibly.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff were friendly and the lobby is clean. As soon as you leave the lobby nothing is well kept or cleaned. The elevator was dirty. I got to my room that had incents outside the door. Opened the room to the smell of smoke and turned light on to notice the floors weren’t vacuumed and the furniture was so stained. There were incents in the air conditioner and ashes on the floor and on the ac. The tub was dirty and there were no towels. I told staff and showed pics but she responded “ I’ll tell them”

The African American lady with blonde hair with glasses at the front desk was super nice. basically all the staff was friendly... the rooms were spacious, but old food was left in the refrigerator paper and liquor bottles was left in the closet and the pull out bed had paper under it and they didn't have extra sheets for the pull out bed. The trash in the hall before, coming to my room was stacked with trash. when I came into the room, there were no towels nor face rags.. i waited for hours.. and once they bought the towels, they didn't include face rags to take a bath with. I requested them on the way going to the store and the other nice lady left them at the desk and when I came back they face rags were gone so I had to work with what I had on chrismas day... like I said, everyone was friendly, but the room looked clean but really wasn't.

Disgusting rooms, elevators, lobby, hallways etc! Room carpets were awful, stains and rips throughout. Bathroom in the room was bad!! Used toilet tissue rolls, dirty floors, dirty tub, no light and broken shower head! No phone in the room, and the tv remote did not work. All ice machines were out of order, and no laundry facility. To make things worst had to wait for more then an hour for towels, the reason they gave was because they were washing and drying them😐

Positive: Check out time Negative: None of the tvs worked. The beds had no pillows. Rooms didn?t even have towels(had to get some from main desk) air conditioning system was broken. Bad stains on the floors and couches. Microwave was broken. Pool was out of service green. Bad experience.

DO NOT STAY HERE I HAVE WARNED YOU!!!!! IF I COULD GIVE 0 stars I would by default try get 1 These rooms are disgusting and terrible I check 5-6 different rooms each room getting worse the lobby was clean but when I got to my 1st room of 6 checked hoping may someone was just slipping on cleaning that room I checked others by the 3rd room I started to take pictures which I will post but the things I found in the rooms were stains comforter with blood and old food hair everywhere basically in every room I checked in the beds on the floor just everywhere microwave dirty carpets are horrendous toiled stil had pee and toilet paper in one of the rooms I checked each floor I went to had a terrible smell even the rooms smell of smoke and mildew the half wall in one of the rooms looks like it was about to fall which is a hazard couches with stains all the furniture looks like they went around the city and went dumpster diving for everything and they have the nerve to hold 100.00 for incidentals when all the furniture in there is trash. This was the worst experience I have ever had and not to mention me and my 4 year old grandson just drove in from Dallas Texas and my grandson was restless so to go through all of this after a 12hour drive was ridiculous do not stay here it is unsanitary and my next step will be to get a health inspector there because it is not sanitary in that dump. I’m will to go far and report this hotel not just leave a review I work in hospitality and this is something people should spend their hard earned money to be uncomfortable and then be told you can’t get a refund for this trash place of a hotel again do not stay here your better off sleeping in your car or try the hotel next to this one.

Do Not Rest here When Visiting East ATL Suburb's!!!!!!!! This hotel is a very Low Budget hotel especially to be right in the same plaza of a major mall in the area. I had a friend visiting for a day from Canada (His 2nd time in ATL) that wanted to do a night stay so he could leave for a Business trip the next morning. The Lobby is Misleading… once we got to the Elevator, my embarrassment began! The Elevator looked as if it was falling apart. Once we got to the room door it took us about 50 tries to access the room because the door and badge were not communicating correctly with each other……. This is a hotel but it felt like a camping trip! While my friend got settled in from his long day of travel I went to the lobby to try and fix the key situation & there was no solution….. I was presented a New Room This Room took only 25 tries for the key and door to communicate but the bathroom Light was out!!! This was near the end of my Embarrassment…. We left the hotel early during a snow storm!!!!! It literally was soo uncomfortable he did not want to stay the night here and Ofcourse When he asked for a refund …. Even partially he was rejected!!! I felt even worse because when we pulled up my friend asked me what hotel I preferred between this or the Hilton …….. should’ve choose the Hilton….Wayyyyy to good of a Location for an establishment like this to be to be honest !
