NillThis was a great location for low key visits. Not a night life spot. Walking distance from Art Institute, Millennium Park, and Cloud Gate. Pub attached to lobby. Nice people. Starbucks around the corner. Clean, up to date rooms. They bed was mediocre but I've been told that currently they are updating the beds so I am coming back in two weeks.

Nillsuch a friendly and fast service, any concerns I had was all answered ! the staffs were sure to give me clarification when needed! I booked and paid online before arriving. NOW, they do charge an additional +$100 for security deposit, not sure if it’s more or less depending on the room you get.. but that’s what i was charged and THEY DO SEND IT BACK TO YOU! but the room was lovely building was nice and quiet. MANY things to do around this area! I FOR SURE WOULD RETURN BACK❤️!

NillThis is the perfect place to stay in the downtown area especially if you are traveling by train like we did. Affordable, clean and fantastic customer service. We walked in at 11:45am and were able to immediately check-in the Friday after Thanksgiving. They have a gym, business center and the elephant and castle restaurant downstairs is delicious!!!

NillI've never had such an experience before. In my whole life I barely give 2 stars feedback to property, honestly I just wanna give 1 star feedback but the residents are friendly and nice that why I add one more star for them. The location is really convenient, room setting is super clean and organization. However, the black old lady who works at front desk is really mean and rude, she tried to bully me when I was checking in. Her service attitude likes she's guest I'm staff, and I owed her money, too. After check in my mood is really down, so I can't get any reason is why I pay almost $400 a night come here to get treatment like that. If you come to check Chicago I won't recommend this hotel for, or if you like the hotel but don't come to check in around 11am-1pm on Saturday!

NillA middle of the road hotel which would be helped by a renovation. Quite worn down overall, but still perfectly ok. Check in was quick, but strangely inefficient. Instead of just getting a keycard, the staff showed me how to create my own. That’s fine for a self service solution, but if staff walks me through the steps, I don’t really know what we achieved here… Anyways, not a big thing. Room was fine. Bed was good. Noise level from the street not too bad. The AC/ventilation was very loud though. The room was reasonably clean, but if you looked for it, there were a few dusty spots. The shower is of the weird American type where you only decide on the heat and the pressure is constant. The location is great. Very close to Willis Tower, the art museum, lots of restaurants and stores. Walk in any direction and you’ll find something interesting. There’s a restaurant in the hotel, English pub style, but I didn’t visit it. At the right price, this place is fine. I would be fine with staying here again.

★★★★I'm amazed at how affordable this hotel in the Loop is. Sure, the rooms aren't huge, but the location is unbeatable. I can easily walk to the river, the Art Institute, and there's a food court just steps away. It's the perfect base for exploring the city.

NillI’ve stayed in some of the worlds, best hotels, including the Chelsea in New York City, the Roosevelt in Hollywood, and the TWA Hotel JFK just in a few, but I’m telling you this is going be one of the single greatest room views I’ve ever had. I can’t believe I got it in an as good price either. Service check-in was easy and super friendly and the property location is excellent. Navigating the hallways is a little bit like a maze, but the room and the view are absolutely phenomenal. The room overall was clean for the most part, was not tired, dingy, or showing signs of not being upkept, passing the dust test. Overall, I got a good night’s sleep in the hotel. So with that said, despite the overwhelmingly awesome room view, there were a few weird small nitpickings, I am going to point out. I’ll list them in order from no big deal to slight sense of ughness starting with the desk trash can with no bag in it, long black hair in the bed under the sheets, a toilet that wouldn’t stop running, the same toilet when I opened the lid to find an unflushed giant load of hair in the bowl like someone shaved their head or pubes and never flushed. It wasn’t just a little but a large huge wad of gain in a toilet that when I flushed it feared it was going to clog the toilet—this was a first! I may remember this more than the view from the windows—housekeeping was clearly asleep at the wheel on that one, or worse, they were having a party in the room earlier. I can excuse forgetting to flush a toilet, and that is a simple fix so the worst offense on my stay was that no matter how hot I set the temperature on the thermostat for, the room was perpetually cold. I could feel heat radiating around the curtains but the room was just so damn chilly which was lousy when it was 25 degrees outside and I wanted to be warm inside. The heat did eventually kick in but it wasn’t until about 9am. Still, since I prefer a slightly lower temperature when I sleep and the sheets were plenty warm, it was no big deal—none of these offenses were so egregious that it worth phoning the front desk; but I do felt it worth mentioning. At the end of the day, I would still stay here again. The price was a good value, the service at the front desk great, and the views of the city excellent.

NillFor $116 per night, I expected basic essentials like a toothbrush and toothpaste to be provided. Additionally, parking is not included at this property—you’ll need to pay $24 per night for parking separately. This could be improved for better value."
