I had a great 4 night stay, I recommend this hotel and would stay here again. The check in staff were friendly, housekeeping was available upon request and took care of refreshing our room while we were out and it was a nice and quiet place to lay our heads at night. The location is great and other nearby hotels were far more expensive per night. This was a great choice for our trip.

We checked in on my birthday. It was king room. Very cozy. Love the Aesthetic! The bathroom mirror was so cute. The bed was comfortable. I love that Alexa was available in the room. And also the cute retro fridge that was in the room was nice. The location is great. Its near all the restaurants and places I wanted to go. I don’t know about the parking because we used a parking app and stayed in a garage for $17 overnight! Anyway I would definitely stay here again. The only problem I had was a personal one, my room was decorated with balloons and rose petals but the ones on the wall couldn’t hold very well. I think one of the walls is like a chalkboard.

Love this hotel! I have stayed here multiple times for concerts and mini weekend trips and never disappointed. The service is great, very aesthetically pleasing, and ideal location. It is close to some good food, bars, and attractions when you want to visit Chicago. Nice they have smart TVs too for Youtube and other apps! Prices are usually very reasonable too for being downtown. Overall, really great .

I stayed here for a few nights this week and the hotel exceeded my expectations! The staff at the front were friendly and helpful, and check-in/check-out was a breeze. I had booked a room with a view and it did not disappoint. The room was just right for myself. Clean and comfortable. The bed was firm and comfortable. The bathroom was modern and clean. The gravity shower was fantastic.||The location is hard to beat. 2 blocks to the Magnificent Mile and steps to restaurants and shopping. The L is just around the corner. I highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel and got plenty of recommendations to do and to eat! The room was clean and staff were super helpful. There is a bar and a cafe on the first floor. The only complaint I had was that the shower design did not have a door. Would still stay here again next time!

Loved! Great vibes. The room was clean and cozy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The mirror was a cute touch! Great location with fantastic restaurants nearby. A solid 10/10 for me. Can't wait to stay again!

Super cute hotel. Great location. Very clean and amazing staff. Jerome was great to work with during check in. The music in the elevators was a nice touch and my personal favorite 10/10

First time in Chicago, great place , great service. Stayed for two night , love how its middle of everything. Had a bakery inside , also their bar was fun. Danny was our bartender he was pretty cool and made good cocktails. Definitely recommend:)
