Overall, my day was pretty great! The hotel was clean. The front desk staff was very welcoming, professional and helpful. The breakfast restaurant staff all were very professional very helpful. The food was good. Nothing was cold that shouldn’t be cold. Everything was warm that should be warm. Food was refreshed often and they had quite a decent selection of foods and fruits vegetables to choose from. Parking was pretty convenient. It was close to the doorway into the hotel. I would very much recommend anyone stay at this hotel. I extended my stay a second night and the experience was the exact same. It was awesome and I got big discount for extending my stay.

Wonderful stay! The property was within close proximity of O'Hare airport, along with several highways and interstates. We enjoyed the restaurant/bar on site. Our room was on the 10th floor and we experienced little noise. The staff members were attentive and helpful!

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. We enjoy Bar Louie very much for food and night caps. We've stayed here several times and have been quite satisfied every time. There isn't public transit in a close convenient location but it's quick and relatively affordable to take an uber to my son's apartment. The first night of our last stay there were multiple inconsiderate patrons slamming doors at 4am that woke us but that seemed to be an isolated incident.

On 12/19/24 our flight was canceled after we had been standing on the runway for hours. It had been snowing and it was very cold. We rebooked our flight for 8am the next morning. It was almost midnight and we live more than an hour away, so we decided to stay at a nearby hotel with a shuttle. I have an IHG membership, and we decided to stay at the Holiday Inn O’Hare at Rosemont. We waited outside in the snow and cold for the shuttle to come. The first Holiday Inn shuttle to show up listed Holiday Inn on Cumberland Ave. I asked the driver if he went to the Holiday Inn at Rosemont and he said that he did. I asked him twice before we got on, and he said yes both times. Besides my husband and myself, there were 3 other travelers. ||When we got to the Holiday Inn, an older man started yelling at our driver, telling him he should have been there a long time ago. He made a huge scene, yelling at him in front of all of us in the lobby. My husband intervened and told the older man that he needs to take the argument outside, and that it was inappropriate behavior in front of guests. The older man (identified himself as ‘Marvin’) started yelling at my husband, shouting at him to “shut the **** up, get your keys and go to your room”. Marvin eventually walked out. ||The people in front of us, also from our shuttle, then found out they were at the wrong hotel. Soon, we all realized that we were all at the wrong hotel. We were at the Holiday Inn on Cumberland… Everyone on the shuttle was at the wrong hotel, in spite of us asking the shuttle driver twice if it was the right shuttle. It’s not that we got off at the wrong stop - that shuttle doesn’t go to our hotel, which is on the opposite direction from the airport. The younger driver said he would take us to our hotel, at which point the reception clerk said that he couldn’t do that because he was supposed to take a flight crew to the airport. Then Marvin came back, heard what was going on, and resumed yelling at the driver (I didn’t get his name, but I have his picture, young guy). The driver didn’t say much after that point, other than to flirt with a flight attendant who came down, telling her she looked pretty… The driver just looked at us and smirked while we fumed at him. ||At first the suggestion was that we take the shuttle back to O’Hare and get the right shuttle from there. Marvin suggested that we wait for the shuttle to drop off the flight crew and then they’d take us to Rosemont. In the end, we ordered an Uber to get to Rosemont so we could get a few hours sleep before we had to go back to the airport again. ||All in all we had a horrible experience that night. We were grateful to show up finally at the Holiday Inn in Rosemont, where we were greeted by a wonderful night manager named Kahan. Kahan took good care of us on arrival and made sure we got to our morning shuttle to the airport.

only 5minutes from the convention center at almost 1/2 the price. Staff was exceptional. Breakfast was standard type breakfast fare. Value was very good. a little tricky to get into the property, but normal for Chicago area.

Sam and Karla were so kind, professional, and genuinely caring toward my son and me. After a long, exhausting day filled with airline delays and uncertainty, they went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. Despite our arrival being well after normal business hours, they made sure we were picked up from the airport and brought safely back to the Holiday Inn. Their communication was clear and thoughtful throughout, and their commitment to our well-being meant the world to us. What could have been a stressful, overwhelming night turned into a moment of relief and gratitude—all thanks to Sam and Karla. We appreciate you both more than you know. Thank you for caring about our safety and for ending our chaotic travel day with kindness and compassion. You are truly the best!

Overall not a great experience. Went to the front desk and the help was great. Go to the bar the the bartender says she is closed, however there’s still over an hour til they’re closed. She then turns around and serves someone else. This bartender needs to be fired. If she’s there and is still working another hour then she needs to be serving. Leaves a bad taste in my mouth and won’t be coming back to this hotel. Upset.

I spent an hour on the phone yesterday booking a reservation for 3 rooms. She told me it’s $450 per room but I told them That online it’s says $204 so she said she would do that price because I’m a loyal member. I asked her 4 times and she told me %100 she will price match that online price. I get ready for my trip and I get an email saying that they won’t match that price and when I look at the online price they went up on the price to they are scammers be aware
