Hilton Garden Inn Rockford

The Staff at this hotel went out of their way to be accommodating and very friendly. Rooms were clean, atmosphere was nice and even though the restaurant is pretty casual, the food was very good! The pool area is family friendly with a zero depth pool area for small children, a nice pool and hot tub. We have been here several times and will be back again.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay! The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the hot tub relaxing! There is a restaurant on site, but we opted for a local establishment. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. We also visited the Hard Rock Casino nearby.

My room was very nice. The only complaint I have is that my toilet would run sometimes and my hotel phone didn't work. I did tell the front desk, but no one came. Otherwise, the food was good, the bartenders were very friendly, and the bed was comfortable. Overall, it was a very nice stay.

Check in was quick and efficient. We stayed in Room 403 which was spacious and had everything we needed. Here are a few things I want to point out.|1. The spout in the bathtub was loose and moved some. |2. The toilet cover and seat were damaged. Not a big deal but wanted to mention it.|The restaurant is very nice and the wait staff efficient and friendly. We had the same lady server for dinner as well as for breakfast the next morning. She is a hard worker with a constant happy smile.|The bed was very comfortable and the pillows soft, just the way I like it. |The hotel is located slightly off a busy road and close to the interstate, so some traffic noise can be expected during the night; it did not bother my sleep since after a days driving in heavy traffic I was tired.|I can recommend breakfast at that hotel. |Did not use any of the amenities but looked at the pool and it was very nice. Parking is convenient right in front of the hotel. I would definitely stay at the Rockford Hilton Garden inn again.

Has streaming services which is great! But the fact my room was 77 degrees all night and no climate control working pretty much sucked to fall asleep in my toilet only flushed 30% of the time which is cool …. Rockford IL is a dumpy hotel area as a whole so if looking to stay I recommend going to a different city

1st time and I know that Paris Hilton herself would have been upset. Checking in with your Front Desk clerk was a nightmare. I explained that I would like something closer to the front desk and accessibility because of 2 artificial knees and we were put up in the 4th floor in the back of the hotel.OMG. I arrived before our Traveling group checked in (( group of 150-175 )) & I certainly won't be back. The 2nd Clerk that was preparing for our Checking Out was also extremely pissed off because she had to deal with Humans 😪😬 Very sad. I have stayed in many Hilton Hotels in my 63 years but I wouldn't recommend yours

Very nice hotel, front desk person was extremely friendly and fun to talk to. Room was modern and appeared to be updated. TV was large. They even checked in to see how we were doing.||This is normally a 5 rating for me but there is one issue. The bathtub is VERY slippery. When you take a shower you will slide. No idea why they haven't put any slip strips in the bathtub.

The hotel is clean and convenient and the breakfast is pretty good. However, the star of this location is Mrs. Lourdes in the restraunt and bar. She is absolutely AMAZING! She has by far the absolute best customer relations, my family and I have ever experienced with any hotel chain period. We thoroughly enjoyed every interaction we had with her. I look forward to visiting this location again and visiting with her!
