Best Western Plus South Holland/Chicago Southland

This best western plus location is ghetto fabulous. Numerous people smoking weed in the open, the whole first floor of this hotel smelled like weed during my entire stay. The breakfast provided is substandard for a best western plus location, they use the cheapest ingredients they can find. There were several verbal altercations in the parking lot during my stay. The employees at this location, have their friends visit them while they are working, causing the staff to disregard their duties. The pool was also not open, and looked like it had been in the state of disrepair for many months. I don’t understand how this location got so many good reviews, it’s one of the worst locations, I’ve stayed at in the US

Disappointing Experience at this hotel. We arrived at the hotel around 9 PM, exhausted after a long day. The receptionist seemed uncertain about our room, mentioning that it appeared to be occupied by another person. After verifying, he handed us the key without further explanation. We went straight to bed, but our rest was disrupted around 11:50 PM when the receptionist called, asking if we had found any belongings that didn't belong to us. We hadn't noticed anything unusual and were too tired to investigate further. Things took a strange turn 15 minutes later when the receptionist showed up at our door with another person, asking about items from another guest. We let them in and began searching for belongings, which was unsettling given our state of exhaustion. The experience left us feeling uneasy and made it difficult for us to get a good night's sleep. Considering our tired state, the handling of the situation could have been more considerate and transparent.

We came here last minute. The place we reserved was awful. The inside area was clean. They booked us no problem. They serve breakfast every day. There's a snack area you can go to for snacks. They also give recommendations of restaurants that deliver to your room. The room was so clean and cool. I always bring an extra blanket, so it was just right. I gave 4/5 stars because they do say no smoking of any kind, but I could smell others not following that rule. When we got there, the remote didn't work, but they immediately changed the batteries. The internet was kind of iffy, but it was ok. Overall, I would definitely stay again.

Great room, whirlpool inside ,walk in shower tho the shower pressure could be harder, washer and dryer in halls by ice machine... Weight room is ok , lounge and lobby are nice love the fire place the breakfast is good just ends to early could be extended the house keepers are always on the job and makes the rooms beautiful everytime ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Stayed here for the weekend and it was great. Had the double bed room with the wet bar and it was perfect! The choices in the free continental breakfast was good too!!

This is a plesant hotel, very clean, relatively modern. Rooms are decent sized but lack closets. Bathroom and shower were great. But, if you are expecting decent internet, look elsewhere. We could not get connected in our room, so I went down to the desk where the very nice manager got me connected. Then I went back to the room and lost the connection. It was getting late so I thought I would try in the morning. The manager gave me the phone number of the internet provider. I spent 30 minutes on the phone trying different options, non of which worked. Also, while the address is Halsted Street, the hotel is among several hotels off of a frontage road.

I stayed here almost a year ago in August the staff was very nice it was clean. The price wasn't bad. I plan on staying there again when I return to Chicago in July.

Hello, Yesterday, I booked a room with a bathtub through your service and paid extra for this feature. However, when I arrived, the room did not have a bathtub. I was very tired after my journey and unable to address this issue on the spot. Additionally, the clock in the room displayed the wrong time, which caused me to miss breakfast that was included in my booking.
