Nice get away from the city close to Saylorville lake and surrounding nature area. You have to bring your own bedding but the place is neat and clean and the kitchen well stocked for your typical cooking needs. It's located alongside a functioning farm - so you may get to see the farm animals and farm hands at work, which is an added plus!

We wanted quiet and out of the way. Got it. Wonderful place to stay. The history is an interesting read and the grounds are an easy hike. You will not be disappointed if you stay here. Bring your own linens and towels.
