Super 8 by Wyndham Burlington

Check in : Waited in lobby for a few min. Had to make a call to get checked in. Not friendly but not rude. Rooms are put dated except for the ac/heater that's dirty. Sheets are falling apart. Worst part is no where to put bag except floor. After ten hours of working with a lader and walking, last thing I want is to bend to the floor to get in my bags. Check out: was quit all night. Bed old and flexible. Had to make a call to be Check out. Then came down with eyes on cell phone and had to text and check me out at the same time. I just paid a good amount for all this. But that the cheaper hotel industry doing. Unless pay 150 a night u don't get great service. We'll find different place next month when I am back here for work again.

Came here for work, the location was nice and close to the job but the service was crap. They don't take out trash or replace towels unless requested. The whole building is outdated, our heat didn't work one night when it was 0 outside. I do not recommend staying here.

This use to be a good hotel now it has gone down hill from the rooms to the staff i came in town on 12/23/24 to checked into my room stood at the front desk for about 10 mins waiting on someone to show up then this lady come down the stairs to assist looking unprofessional proceeded to help i told her i had a reservation she look in the computer and found it and asked if i wanted to use the credit card on the reservation i told her no i had a different one she got her system up and told me to enter my card i did that and it kept declining but she wasn’t doing something right i use this card all the time never had a issue she just didn’t know what she was doing had a very nasty attitude so we had words then she said i was ban from the hotel had to be something wrong with her cause I went to quality inn across the street from super 8 use the same card no issues got checked right in and im glad this hotel has definitely gone down hill from the rooms to some of the staff i would NOT recommend this hotel to my worst enemy they need to send they staff to a customer service class!!!! If i could I would give no stars giving 1 star is too much

Pretty bad. I travel a lot, and book a lot of low level hotels. I don’t have much expectation, I’ve booked places like Econolodge, Motel 6, sleep in, all the low levels, and I’m usually not let down, as I don’t need much. However this was a major letdown for a low-cost hotel. Small, crappy room, very hard bed, and when I went into the bathroom, the shower curtain was off the wall and the curtain was in the bathtub. They said they have free breakfast, but it was muffins, and cereal that was it

Positive: Nothing Negative: The young lady at the desk that checked me in was very rude and tried making me pay more due to not having the room that I reserved. The hotel was not handicapped accessible. I will not be staying there again.

The beds were broke. The trash was not emptied. The bathroom was not clean, toothpaste splatters all over the faucet and mirror. If the city of Burlington inspected properties I would think it would be deemed inhabitable. The room charge was $169 a night. We left.

Positive: Price of the room Negative: I have taken pictures of the quality of the room. Mattress very poor, could feel coils and also so worn the outter edges dipped toward the middle
