La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Davenport Conference Center

Tyrisha is great at her job. I walked in the door she greeted me before I reached the front desk. She can get you in a room real quick. I enjoyed the breakfast she made it was very satisfying. The room I was in was nicely cleaned no complaints. I will most definitely be back soon. If I give more then 5 stars I would give a thousand.

At arrival check in was pretty smooth. The hotel seemed average. We weren’t given great directions on how to get to our room. White walking to our room we noticed hotel carpeting hasn’t been vacuumed in a while it was pretty filthy. The room needed to be vacuumed. The bathroom seemed to have been cleaned. Half used shampoo. Only one small bar of soap. The beds were made. The bedding had light staining it were dirty. We couldn’t tell. They smelled clean. I did a quick bed bug check. I didn’t notice signs. When we woke up, there were bed bugs crawling on the pillow cases! Disgusting. I have a 2 year old and 12 year old! So gross. I immediately took videos and photos. I went to the receptionist, which took forever. She finally told me she refunded me, but I’d need to call booking to get a refund. They took a deposit for the room too. She said she refunded that. When I checked my bank, they actually charged me for the room which I had already paid for through booking and PayPal. Don’t stay at this hotel. Now we need to do a bunch of things to prevent getting bed bugs in my home! So disgusting and inconvenient!

The front desk staff was quite rude and had no personality whatsoever. When we asked for an extra towel and an extra roll of toilet paper, we were met with an attitude by a guy who appeared to be the owner. The breakfast was subpar at best with not very many things to choose from. The towels in the rooms were like sandpaper.

We were pretty disappointed in our stay the last 2 nights. Room was dumpy and somewhat dirty, wifi constantly went in and out, the fitness center was filthy (no paper towels in the bathroom, no way to sanitize anything, the treadmill is very broken), and the breakfast left much to be desired. It was at least fairly convenient location for our event. My friend has stayed at different La Quinta properties before and had positive experiences. I haven't and likely won't be returning.

This looks like a Nice hotel, the staff seem nice and the rates are reasonable. Also, they accept cats. However, if You have a chime or PayPal debit card and nothing else to pay with your screwed. Was gonna stay 6 nights, but ended up going to country inn and suites instead since they accept PayPal and cats.

Just disgusting. Stains all over the couches, buildup of dirt in all corners, something all over the wall in the bathroom by the trash. I couldn’t even use the coffee machine in the room because it was so gross. My 11 month old daughter has what looks like a bite under her eye and if it is in fact a bed bug bite I will be calling relentlessly for a refund and immediate action to be taken as there are pictures of bed bugs in the previous review so the hotel is very aware. Don’t even get me started on staff and breakfast. What a joke. The man was so incredibly rude upon check in and didn’t adjust his attitude until I snapped back at him and told him I didn’t hear him upon entering due to the poorly maintained automatic doors. Breakfast was late surprise surprise and you couldn’t find anyone to refill the pancake machine when they got it out. Just stay somewhere else - your car or quite frankly an alley would be more appropriate. I wanted to edit to add that it’s hilarious the general manager comments back and says the feedback is valuable - it’s very apparent and loud and clear it is not after there have been SO many bad reviews.

I went to check in a little after 3 and they told me that my Room wasn't clean yet, so I said ok I will come back. 2 hours later I went back, my room still wasn't cleaned and the rooms TV was missing. I asked for another room and they did. And that room was also dirty. There was pubic hair and stains in the sheets. Food under the mattress. Before I left the hotel i asked for a manager they said they arent here and will be in tomorrow. I called today at 11 and management still wasnt in and they would call me. 2 hours later no call from the manager so i called and they said they just left and will give my money back. I will never stay at this hotel again.

No water in room. Then was moved to room that i had to clean. Maintenance guy on drugs. What did he mean when he said "you people are trying to get free rooms?"Who is the little girl that is cleaning the building I cant be the only person to notice this? manager said the water worked and took me upstairs to show me....but 3 people couldn't get the water to work last night...smh. then they double charged my credit card.
