NillFound multiple bugs in the bathroom and one on the bed. Absolutely disgusting and our room smelled bad. The only plus was our bed and pillows were comfortable. The guy at the front desk was rude. And they can only give you two extra towels if needed. Cheap but if you can afford a different hotel then stay away from here

NillI am shocked at reading the reviews that people expect Super 8s to be like a Hilton. I stayed in Room 120 like most of those customers down there and there was no bedbugs, my towels were clean and so were my sinks. There was a faint smell of mildew yes - but everytime I've stayed in a cheap motel it's always smelled of that. The place was quiet - there wasn't trash everywhere - my bed sheets did not have stains on them. The people at the front desk were super nice. I am only giving 3 stars cause I felt it was a little pricey for a motel ($100 for 1 night) but we did have a pet as well with us so we needed an extra bed. Normally we stay in hotels but we decided to stay last minute and I am not upset with our stay what so ever at this place.

★The owner was rude and abrasive upon our late arrival. Front desk is not manned 24 hours, have to wake up owner and then comes down on pajamas. Not friendly at all. Needs to be updated from 1980. New alarm clocks with USB plugs are not that expensive. Cigarette burns in the sheets, really?!. Says pet friendly but signs every floor that says no pets. Never went to breakfast because was to scared to eat anything. Room coffe tasted like it was very old as well. Bed was hard as nails, not pillow topped as advertised. Will not stay there sgsin.

NillThe manager was super friendly and very helpful. We were traveling to illinois and needed to rest. The bed was very comfortable. The whole room was extremely clean and comfortable. I would, definately, stay here again.

Nill#1 Best Thing About This Place? The GM. Period. The fact that I remembered this guy from a year ago bc of how insanely dedicated he was to customer satisfaction —way beyond what you’d expect at this price.l - speaks volumes. I never even remember who half my family are so … 🤷♂️ Worst Thing? The clueless reviewers. Yeah, you Jonathon. You’re the problem. It SHOULD go without saying, but : Cheap stays = cost-cutting. That’s literally how money works. If you’re booking the lowest rate possible and expecting luxury, you played yourself. You shouldn’t be allowed to make financial decisions. I recommend evaluating your anti-labor beliefs, or moving to a no-minimum-wage area - famous for quality and genuine attention to detail, right? 😂 Leaving a 1-star review for a hotel where you: ✅ Walked out with all your stuff. ✅ Weren’t assaulted. ✅ Paid Motel 6 rates? Congrats, you already won. If an employee at a recognized Brand: punched me, unprovoked, then the manager called the cops on ME for it, and then refused to return my belongings afterward - I’d STILL give 2 stars as long as the receptionist was nice and i couldn’t taste palpable mold in the air —- not having any objective reasoning is so sadistically ignorant, and such a detriment to a brands success, that it should truly be criminally prosecutable. Reality Check: The GM does not own this place, so don’t blame him because you wanted dirt-cheap rates and are shocked that corners got cut. You caused this. As a business manager, here’s my frustration: 1. If you, Karen McSmithField, charged $60/day and rented a room, could you replace mattresses every 3 days when a clumsy moron spilled coffee? $1,500 …No. Never. Cover it up. 2. You can tell yourself that your Google reviews are something for the purpose of having it known so they can fix it but you’d be a damn liar because you could definitely go up to the desk or call them afterwards.. I don’t think people have a problem with moral reprehensibility, as long as you admit it. If there was no way to make one on one contact and your other otherwise engaged or they ignored you or told you to leave, you did your part leave your number for someone else. 3. If you gave 120% effort and still got a 1-star review over foggy windows would you keep trying? No. Your views of the local tree population is VERY low on my priority list bbygrl. If you can’t see how that all makes sense, you definitely without a doubt, need to take your Genius Money™ to a place that caters to delusional entitlement. (Kristine at the desk has never spoken to anyone, ever, but ..you get a free bottle of FiJi after checking in, it’s literally everything.) TL;DR: — I KNOW! Leave me alone 🥺 If you don’t understand basic business, don’t act like an economist. How ratings should work: • Service: 50% • Health & Safety: 40% • Nitpicks & nonsense: 2-10% at best. People run these places. If an old coffee stain you weren’t supposed to see ruins your life, maybe don’t strip the bed. 🤭 Time is a valuable resource, and you clearlyhave a lot of it, so maybe work on converting that time into some resources, so you can afford a better hotel.. respectfully. so..Forensic analysis of markings from every-day stains, THAT warrants A psych evaluation, Deborah. The price you paid for the whole week doesn’t cover the price of the mattress cover… not that you’d leave it on anyway! If the GM was serving(he’s not, this is the theoretical) live bugs at the buffet & handing out Roofies & selling room keys, then you’d have a case for 1 star. But “I didn’t like the sheets”? Take many, many seats. Lastly: “THEY STOLE FROM ME” ppl—no, they didn’t. You paid with a card. The GM isn’t running an underground crime ring. Issue a chargeback, leave a fair 3-star, and move on .. if you hit the wrong button, didn’t realize it and then somebody ruined your business over it? Probably different story at that point right? 🤔 even if they double down an answer if they got no new information in the meantime, it’s not a lie.

NillIf I could give the zero stars, I hundred percent would if you can afford to stay somewhere else stay somewhere else because this place has mold and mildew in the building and if you go inside of the bedroom 111 there is pee stains all on the bed listed in the photos below. I was supposed to stay for two nights and it was over maybe $200 and they refused to refund me although I walked into the room check the bed for bedbugs. You know no bedbugs. Everything was fine there, but there was pee and smelled like mold and mildew And allergic to mold/mildew so I left. I recorded the conversation like any smart person would whenever I told him I wanted to cancel and he got aggressive with me and told me that I could not refund my room and just tried to hand me a completely different room key, which did not help the situation because the mold and mildew would’ve still been in the same place so I still.

NillI wish I could give 0 stars! Was charged twice for my room! I paid $257 in Feb. For my room. In June when I stayed, they charged ANOTHER $223. The owner ASSURED me I would not be charged. When I was, they ASSURED me that I would be reimbursed. Nothing. Even went and disputed it through my bank. My bank honored it and credited my account. But the hotel did not, so they came back a week later took it out again! I regret leaving the wife a $10 tip for cleaning. 🤬 Do not pre-order for a room from here! The hotel itself is very outdated rooms are kind of dirty The blankets were all torn. Very very disappointed. Not everyone just has $200 laying around.
