We appreciated the clean room, our bed was very comfortable with a medium firmness, and good pillows. The TV iwill have a welcome message with your name! Loved that. Staff is respectful and welcoming. Love the clean modern esthetics through the building and appreciate the restaurant attached for food and drink options including the breakfast bar for hotel visitors.

Property is fine, check in was normal. Another poor Diamond Level Status benefits example. Hilton wants loyalty FROM us, but the benefits FOR us are spotty and poor, upgrades are too few and far between.... 2 bottles of water?

I can't say enough about our stay from check in to check out. The staff here actually has fun while working I encourage that behavior with my co workers. The check in was easy the room was clean bed was comfy. Breakfast was very nice. Check out was the same. They were nice to our dog which I appreciate. And poo bags for you and enough green space for your pup. Will definitely return. Price point was also reasonable.

Positive: The restaurant next door. Negative: Toilet not secure and tips left to right Stench was awful when entering toilet room. It is not secured to floor. Someone is not doing their job!!!!

Have stayed here twice in 6 months and never disappointed! Front desk was amazing as well as the room and swimming pool ! Love love will be back again !!

We arrived, weary from a 10 hour drive and had to wait 8-10 minutes for a front desk person to show. Even after having to holler, "is anyone here?" When he did, David, could not have made us felt more unwelcome and putting him out than I have ever experienced. Rude, reticent to answer basic questions, sorry David, you are among the dung-heap of customer service I have experienced in my 40+ years in the industry, of which I am a part of. Needless to say, he set the tone for a downer experience. Cleanliness was great as far as the room, but David set the the scene for a filthy experience overall.

Clean and comfy but a complimentary bottle of water would be nice..and some noise cancelling headphones for the toilet flushing noise. Holy moly!! (Tiny bathroom as well.) I am somewhat surprised at the 4 star rating. A solid 3 star would be more accurate. Was expecting more for the extra money paid.
