Kathy who runs this place is an amazing person. She was very kind and compassionate and made you really feel at home. My wife was in for a surgery and this was such a great place to stay near the hospital. Thank you so much Kathy

We really appreciate this place. It's very clean and comfortable. The host Kathy was very conscience of the environment for relaxation and healing after my transplant. Would definitely recommend this place. We stay here when we have to come back for follow up appointments if they have room available.

A great experience again staying at the Friendship Inn. Clean, great atmosphere, Kathy is friendly and a great host. It’s very accommodating for anyone who’s visiting the University of Kansas Medical Center.

I never stayed here, but my parents did. A tragic and disastrous event happened in my hometown. It destroyed our home, and I was put on a med-flight to KU, three hours away. During my time in the hospital, I don't know what I would have done without the support of my family... Friendship Inn made it possible for my parents to sleep in a bed, see me, and have some sort of calm in such a horrific time... I am forever grateful, and forever in their debt. You'll find no place better, more welcoming, and more understanding of the needs of patients and family.

This place is amazing!! We were there visiting a family member at KU med and every room was a minimum of $175. This was a breath of fresh air. The owner is so amazingly helpful and friendly! Highly, highly recommended!!

Kathy is the nicest lady. And the house it beautiful and quite just like you would think of your grandmas home. We loved our stay. And the location was great

Such a gift in the stress of all the medical things, peaceful, clean and a calm. Forever thankful for the nights we were able to sleep and rest while family was being cared for at the hospital.
