Days Inn by Wyndham near Kansas Speedway

Staff was pleasant. Check in was easy. That was the only thing good about this place. People sitting in the hallways charging phones. Bedsheets was stained. 1 bed only had 2 sheets in it, no heavier blanket. Toilet seat wasn’t bolted down. Floors was soft in many places with flooring separated. Definitely will not be back.

The area is nice and the hotel is clean and put together a little out of date. They have coffee readily available, but no real sugar until 6 to 9; So they’re kind enough to provide your Coffee 24 seven with no sugar unless it’s sweet and low and I definitely don’t use that type of sugar. Very disappointing because I always like my coffee about 3-5am And would have to go to the local gas station in order to get my coffee and there’s no coffee machines or ice buckets in the rooms. I was given a small plastic bag to put my ice in.

Let me put it simply: if you value yourself and your family and expect to pay for a clean, functional hotel, this place is not for you. The bed covers and pillows were filthy and smelled terrible, and the floor was dirty and sticky. It seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned at all when I moved the second bed. I would not recommend staying here to anyone. The breakfast was awful, and many of the facilities were either broken or not functioning properly. The hotel staff appeared to have neglected the property, and the kitchen and amenities looked like they hadn't been updated —old and worn out. Overall, it was a deeply disappointing experience, and I strongly suggest finding a more reliable and well-maintained hotel.

Let me start by saying this isn't at the legends. And it had an indoor pool which is why we came, for my kid, but other than that, this wasn't what I expected at all. Most hotels were full this weekend. The tub hadn't seen a clean in a LONG time. Black hairs all over. The towels too. The floor was gross. Hadn't been swept or mopped The dresser had food stuck on it still. I would never use the nasty drawers. Air conditioner turned on and made noise but no cool air. It was like 79 degrees all night and my kid kept waking up hot and miserable. The waffle mix was so thick it was not fully cooked after. They didn't have serving spoons in the food which meant everyone was touching the cooked food you ate. I'm not picky, but I also don't want my family to get sick bc we visited a place for fun. I will say I didn't bother complaining. I could tell it wouldn't be better in another room..

This was a great place to go for last minute stay. Our room was clean, employees were friendly. Breakfast was tasty. Beds were better than the car for real!!! Mike was great!!!

Just want to say Milo is a very friendly and outgoing worker. He does his best to make sure everyone that stays is comfortable and if a problem occurs he does everything to fix it. You could stay here and just based of him you would leave knowing your stay was above what was expected.

We stayed for a total of three weeks: The first room we stayed in half of the stuff didn’t work: there was a leak in the sink, shower and toilet. Cockroaches showed up any time you turned off all the lights. While we were there our temporary tag was cut off of our vehicle that we just got! And nothing was done. The last week we were there they changed breakfast to save money. They stopped serving eggs and sausage during the week and no longer serves biscuits and gravy on the weekends. We were told that it was a management decision. A very poor decision in my opinion as that’s why many people choose that hotel. The dryer was broken a good two weeks and we had to go elsewhere to do laundry. As far as I know it is still broken. We stayed for three weeks and it felt like a waste of money and will not be recommending this place. The young guys at the front desk are great. I really appreciate them and they really tried to make our stay good and none of the above was their fault. The beds are comfy but you can barely get cleaning service, towels etc

This hotel was filthy, the exterior/ lobby looks fine. The side door was left propped open due to the card reader being completely gone. Our room had a musty smell, floors had stuff stuck all over it. And don't get me started on the bed... The sheets were COVERED in stains. The pillows were two different colors they were so stained. I 100% believe they hadn't changed the sheets from the last guests. They just pulled them back up and remade the bed. The fitted sheet was rumpled and covered in hairs. I did end up going to the front desk and asking for fresh sheets. The desk clerk was very nice and sent housekeeping while we went to the store. Came back. Sheets were changed. Pillow cases were the same, I know this because I'd taken pictures of the stains on them. Luckily we were only here for a night. We paid $90 for what I'd expect from a $50 motel. Needless to say we didn't even give breakfast a chance and left as soon as possible.
