This is by far the nicest cheap motel I have ever stayed in and I’ve done a decent amount of travel. We checked in late and although the exterior looks vintage the rooms have been recently updated and ours was very clean. The lobby was also clean and I noticed there was a temporary sign for the managers name so perhaps they are under new management. When we checked in late two friendly staff members checked us in and had coffee, fruit and simple bread products ready. It was also in a perfectly safe location which I worry about sometimes with lower cost rooms. Highly recommended especially for the price.

I was meant to stay here on 04/19/2025. I paid $102 for a room and all of a sudden the employee said their systems went down. He then proceeded to ask me if I can go get cash to pay again, I said no because I had a feeling that the charge would still go through.The money was debited from my account but the employee assured me that I will recieve it back. I left and didn’t take the room. Today I realised that the transaction completed the debit from my account and when I called, they said they can’t give me a refund because they don’t see the funds. This is daylight robbery. I will never return!

Positive: Location was good. Negative: Was charged twice and still waiting to see if the 2nd charge gets taken off. When checking out I told the attendant that I was charged twice and they indicated that one charge would drop off. So far that has not been the case.

The room and place looked nice however we found a Cockroach in our room. And when we went to tell the front desk and show him the bug we just smashed he didn't answer for 15 min. Then the front desk guy told me "it's not a bed bug, no cats and no refunds.'' He even said we couldn't get our $150 deposit back. Such bad service.

I do have to start off by saying the owners are super sweet. The AC in our room #206 was Amazing! Nice and 🥶 cold. Took a while to cool down because they are not on. The beds are comfy. The rooms have just been repaired, and painted. However our room was very very crowded. 2 night stands, the microwave/ refrigerator stand, a really big desk. Have to watch your legs so that you don't hit them on the bed. The shower had great water temperature and pressure. We tried calling in the morning to extend the stay but we got a busy tone calling from the room phone. My husband called from his cellphone it would ring but no answer. So my husband had to go into the office. The room is a little outdated but still a good room. Some minor things in the room pictures attached. WOULD RECOMMEND TO STAY. WE WILL BE BACK!
