Everything about this hotel was great! The staff, were SO friendly! The room was great! Location, loved! The hotel was quiet! Rooms were clean! I cannot wait to come back!! Absolutely LOVED the front desk staff!!

So I have stayed here a lot with work and it is by far the best when it comes to service and the friendly amazing staff. I’m my time I have dealt with almost everyone there and specially Evan. He is always a tremendous help and always in a great mood. He and the rest of the staff are amazing here keeping up with cleaning and whatever you need. It’s awesome here and if you stay you will love it

The staff was very friendly and helpful, best part about the stay. The free breakfast was good, not great. Disappointing gym as always, one bench and dumbells only up to 50 lbs. Good if you like cardio machines I guess. Worst part was the sofa bed. If you are planning on using it as a secondary bed for family members, think again. It was so uncomfortable and I could feel the springs collapse completely when I got on it and could feel the other side of the bed. You'd probably be better off just sleeping on the couch as is.

Great spot. Evan at front desk was so polite and welcoming. I haven’t felt so well greeted at a hotel in some time. Very helpful. Made the stay even better. Room is large. King studio we stayed in. Nice grounds around the hotel. Easy access. Breakfast was pretty good. For a free/included meal. Fresh and decent quality. Small selection but good. Comfortable bed. Clean and fresh smelling room. We had our little dog with us and easy to find our way in and out to take him out to do his business. Again, Evan located us conveniently. Definitely would stay again if in the area. Not to mention we stayed using some of our points. Even though family friendly it was pretty quiet. Even with other dogs in the building. Great property. Even or should I say “Evan” better staff!!! Thanks Evan!

The staff were super friendly. The hotel and rooms were nice also, but the people working there is the driving force behind this rating. Laid back and kid-friendly.

I stayed here for 2 weeks back in September for work. This hotel was fantastic! A solid location close to food and groceries, and the staff was always kind and accommodating. They did a wonderful job keeping us comfortable in a home away from home for a couple weeks.

My husband and I had a great stay here for about a week over the summer. We work remotely, and the internet worked well. We thought this was a pretty great Residence Inn, and we have stayed in many of the same brand. We didn’t have any issues with the bed so based on recent reviews, they have either gotten new ones, or we just got lucky with a good room. Everything was clean, and the staff were great. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and we have logged about five months on the road this year.

We stayed here for a quick one night visit to Duluth, located conveniently near all the prime shopping spots. We have stayed here before years ago, but it appears time has started to show its wear. The room layout is spacious and comfortable, with many comforts of home. The room was very clean which was appreciated and no signs of unwanted critters. However the bed is worn and tired, and sagged in the middle, therefore we did not get a great sleep. There was an odour in the room upon check in so we had to open the windows. The HVAC system made the room so dry we woke up with dried out sinuses. There was no hot water in the shower in the morning so we had to shower in cold water. The breakfast was disappointing, the scrambled eggs were so salty they were not edible. I do think with some updating this hotel would be amazing again. But for the price we paid I wish we stayed somewhere with hot water. That’s a bare minimum. Three stars as it could be much better. Bonus point for the mobile check in and mobile key though!
