Duluth Press Building Residential Suites

We booked this literally days before arriving and we're pleasantly surprised not only by the great rate but also the charm and location. The accommodations are centrally located with two great restaurants on either side. The sofa and bed were comfortable and the showered was wonderful. My only complaint is the lack of an elevator, which is information I might've missed in the description, but we will definitely be reserving at Duluth Press again!

The location was great. The place was outstanding, in an area of town with shops and restaurants just next door. We were 15 minutes from everything. I recommend it highly. Would stay here again in a second. The people of Duluth were warm and welcoming.

The apartment was very specious and centrally located. Quite and comfortable easy to get along good night's sleep. Kitchen well equipped and was able to eat in all my meals. Great place to stay loved my stay here. Would definitely stay again.

We are repeat customers of this awesome building! We absolutely love the location and being able to walk to our favorite coffee shop, Love Creamery, and the fun breweries, cider houses, and restaurants right around it. The beds are so comfortable, the bathrooms are awesome, and there’s plenty of space to make ourselves at home! Highly recommend! We have stayed in any Heirloom properties and can’t say enough good about the staff and how they run their business! They are awesome!

Wonderful apartment in area of town with great dining shopping in walking distance. High end furnishings, and appliances with a very handy washer/ dryer for longer stays. Everything you need is on hand. Highly recomended.

Absolutely terrific service and perfect accommodations. Super clean, organized, easy and safe access to and from building and unit. Next door to OCM couldn’t have been more ideal for us too!!
