No complaints here the front desk for check in she was efficient and friendly. Quiet the whole time even with it allowing Dogs you never heard them. Pool and hot tub were nice my kids enjoyed it. Breakfast was a full breakfast many options (no creamcheese for bagels though that was a bummer) the man that put out the food was on the ruder side but checking out the lady that did was so nice and lovely and even though she was also cleaning rooms. All and all will go again. We booked it for the Starz Dance Competition.

Was in pool and there was a moldy baby bottle in the water filter and ants all over the floor. Overall very crusty and musty establishment. Also toilet looked like it hasn't been cleaned since the 1930s. Do NOT recommend going unless you want a disease.

Website says they are pet friendly. Before booking, I called to confirm they allow cats, and I was told they do so I booked a room. My reservation was cancelled the day I was supposed to arrive, I was told then they only allow dogs and treated like I should have known that.

Absolutely the WORST customer service I have experienced in a VERY long time! I’ve NEVER felt like I’ve been more of an inconvenience to anyone else in the service industry in my life! I arrived late in the middle of the night, freezing, tired & ready to get to my room. The lady took 10 minutes to even show up to the front desk. She was EXTREMELY RUDE! I could continue in great length, however I’m exhausted and wanting to go to bed. I would NEVER come here again! If your questioning between another stop & here?… Please pick the other option!! I wouldn’t even give 1 star!!

Went there a couple days ago to go swimming in their pool. After about an hour of swimming going back and fourth from the hot tub, I looked in the filter of it and found a baby bottle with rotting baby food in it. Also went to the bathroom and found ants everywhere, toilet was disgusting, horrible smell and just in general not clean at all.

Just called to make a reservation, the lady on the phone was extremely rude. She sounded mad already when I called to do a reservation. Saying "oh jeez" Then when asked my last name I went to spell it out to make sure there are no discrepancies with my reservation as there are different ways to spell my name. She then said "I know how to spell it" I continued to spell it out Because again I don't want any hassle when checking in. She then said "I just told you I know how to spell" I told her I was going to spell it out anyways and she told me "I'm not dumb I know how to spell it". I then asked to be forwarded to the manager on duty and she said "he's not here it's the weekend, and theres nothing he can do about it anyways" I think this is very poor customer service and if someone from management could get a hold of me that would be great. Date and time of incident are 1/4/25 around 10:45 am. Thankyou

If I could give this place 0 starts I would! Absolutely terrible. My mom and I were looking for a good hotel for our girls weekend. After a 5 hour drive we were tired and ready for a nice hotel stay. When we checked in the front desk lady was rude and acted annoyed with us. After we got our room key and headed to our room, we walked in with one light hardly working. Like we do with all hotels, we check the bed for any bugs. The beds checked inspection but something about the room still didn’t feel right, i noticed a chair in the corner of the room being placed very odd. I moved the chair and decided to look behind it. To my surprise there was an entire corner filed with bugs, and spiders. We took a picture and went down the the main office to get our money back and to find a new hotel. We showed the lady the picture and she denied that the bugs were there before we showed up. I showed her to the room and showed her the corner of insects and she denied giving us our money back, she claimed “ all we can do is give you another room” we continued to demand our money back and we asked for a manager. When she got on the phone with her manager he claimed that since we had “used the beds” we could not get our money back. Mind you this whole incident happened within 20 minutes of checking in. He refused to give us our money back so my mother and I drove to a different hotel. Do not stay here!!!
