Positive: The staff was really nice, they were helpful for anything I asked Negative: The add was a complete lie. They had pictures of a hot tub in the room I asked for, but it had no hot tub. I would have never got that room if I'd known it didn't

Housekeeping stinks. Asked for both beds to be changed. Had stayed for over a week and a half and both beds had been slept. Changed one bed because I had pulled the covers up on the other bed. I Complained and asked housekeeping to go back and do what I had asked her to do which be prepared to talked to their phone so it can translate for them. hotel would not extend my stay. Said housekeeping didn’t want them to. Never asked for any service but to empty my trash and clean towels the whole time I was there but once. Asked one time for them to actually clean my room and the housekeeper didn’t clean the tub, change the second bed, or wipe anything down. Breakfast lucky to get anything at all. Most days I got bread. Cream cheese when they put it out was frozen. Juice was out for four days. Only plus for this hotel is they offer smoking rooms. That’s it. Otherwise it is a hole in the wall!!! Don’t complain they will kick you out.

Positive: nothing really Negative: it smelled. it was dirty. the towel rack fell off the wall. the toilet seat was broken. the heater was very loud. there was loud screaming and seemingly a fight in the middle of the night. they held my deposit for up 2-5 days. top 5 worst hotel ever

Great value for the price. A little old and rundown, but nothing crazy. I have severe allergies to fragrance and was pleased to discover that the entire place did not reek of cheap fabric softener/air freshener as many motels do. Staff was very friendly, though I did have to wait about 10 minutes to check in.

I booked this hotel months in advance before my concert in April. The day of my concert, I called in advance to check my room. Found out they were temporarily closed and the hotel nor Booking.com bothered to inform me. We didn't find another place at such a late notice and had to drive all the way back home. Not impressed.

Please do not put any money into this hotel! The management will not help you and they will flat out lie! My son and I went last night. The room was dirty. The TV had lines and static with no reception and the only four channels you couldn’t see or hear we complained to the front desk. They did nothing this morning. We went to their continental breakfast as you can see in pictures it was discusting…There was 3 pieces of hard bread, two packs of peanut butter and apple, rancid juice and copy that looked like light tea. These pictures were taken at 7:10 this morning when it should be full!! We end up having to go and eat out….false advertising and HORRIBLE customer service!!! They lied and said we asked for a refund and they said after nine am this morning when manager got in, and now they refused to give us a refund today because we spent the night!!! What a joke! we followed the night workers advice!! We asked for a new room or a different tv and NOTHING!! The manager now says that nothing was brought to his attention. Even though my son went to front desk and we had Priceline call them 5 times!! I would never recommend to stay here and I hope no one else gets taken advantage of as my son and I were…absolutely one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. They take zero accountability for their slum of a hotel and they’re worthless employees. What a shame I would be so embarrassed to be associated with this hotel. I hope they get closed.

Most UNCOMFORTABLE place I ever visited ! Walked in and didn’t even sit down ! DO NOT BRING YOUR BABIES HERE ! Immediately asked for a refund ! Strong piss smell ! Stains and scratches all over the walls and all over the furniture, ROACHES RUNNING AROUND & bedding comforters and sheets are old fashioned and very thin , BAD SMELL THROUGHOUT the entire hotel ! Nothing is being cleaned or wiped down! MOLD is EVERYWHERE PEOPLE CAN GET SICK!

The Norwood Inn was like 2 vacation destinations in one! I was traveling to Minneapolis for a mini vacation and when I arrived at the Norwood, I was taken back in time and across the continent to a 1980's poverty sticken village in Mexico. Half of the outlets in my room didn't work, which gave it an authentic third world touch. The walls, hallways and all surfaces that you interact with, were sticky. The room phone was so old that I'm sure you need to shovel coal into it for it to work. Oh, and the heater unit sounds like a dying animal caught in a wire fence. Other than that, the place was great for the money.
