DoubleTree by Hilton Roseville Minneapolis

I travel for work frequently and this is one of my favorite hotels. The hotel itself is a bit dated but the rooms are comfortable and clean. The restaurant is excellent with many different choices and the staff (especially the bartenders) are absolutely awesome. I truly enjoy staying at this hotel!

We held a party at this hotel with a live band. The banquet room was perfect, a stage and dance floor provided at no cost, the catered food was delicious, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The lobby was used by many in our group that did not want to talk over the live band. Many guests, us included, spent the night and were very happy with the rooms--clean and quiet. The Starbuck's kiosk is definitely a plus. The pool was also very nice.

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at the DoubleTree! The rooms were clean and comfortable, also included a large TV, which was a nice touch. I appreciated the ample parking available. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, we were greeted with a delicious hot chocolate chip cookie upon arrival, which was a lovely touch, especially since we had a long flight and were hungry. The large indoor pool was a highlight, providing a great spot to relax. The on-site restaurant offered a breakfast buffet for just $15, and the food was not only good but the staff was also attentive and friendly throughout our meals. I highly recommend staying at the DoubleTree for a pleasant and enjoyable experience!

We had a party here for about 75 people. It was the perfect location for our guests, easy access from I35, lots of free parking, the banquet room was excellent, the hotel provided a dance floor and state for our band. Our guests told us the food was excellent and said it was one of the best parties they had been to in many years. Yvonne went an extra step to make sure we chose the food we wanted for our event and said they would work with us for whatever we needed for the bar, time, etc. We stayed overnight as did many of our guests and they were very pleased with the rooms, Starbuck's kiosk, the pool and the onsite Axel's restaurant. We would book at this hotel again.

I don't have a complaint about this hotel. It was always clean, well kept, and has all the amenities you could want. The pool area with the sauna and hot tub are clean and very well maintained. The rooms are spacious and furnished with smart TV. Yay. The restaurant is excellent as well and very convenient. The surrounding area has everything you could ask for.

Booked a block of 12+ rooms for a Wedding Party. Check-in for everyone was smooth. Beds comfy. Rooms well insulated against sound. Highway access easy. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, as well. I was under the misunderstanding that there was a complimentary breakfast available to guests, but no worries, Samantha M. comped everyone a 2-day coupon to redeem for the breakfast buffet. She went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Stellar customer service. The only snag- several people in our group found the shower knob a bit wonky for hot water access. We had to send a group text/photo for instrutions! Keep turning it until it turns no more! Pic included!

I had the pleasure of staying for business the last week of February. Staff was amazing and friendly. Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Great onsite fitness center and pool area. Hotel restaurant was excellent and by the end of the week I was greeted by name when arriving for breakfast

I’d make it a 10 star review if it went that high. There was a storm here Tuesday night and I got stuck trying to head back on the road. Luckily, someone came out to shovel near the door and saw me struggling. He came over and asked if I needed help and I was near tears cause I was running late and had no idea how I was going to get out. He shoveled around my tires and pushed me out. I got going and got stuck AGAIN, he got me unstuck and I got stuck AGAIN! Three times he shoveled all around my tires and gave me a push to free me! I hope he didn’t hurt himself and just want to thank Dan (I believe that was his name), he was so kind and my angel! I would have never made it to my destination had he not gone WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me! He deserves a raise and bonus! Thank you so much!! PS - I was here long enough to sleep a few hours and shower before hitting the road so I can’t complete all the questions but the room was clean, very comfortable (I slept like a baby!) and affordable for the brand!
