I stayed here in the past and was satisfied....However, on 4/11, after check in, we went to our room. The first issue was the toilet seat was ready to fall off. I immediately turned to go to the front desk, and ran into an employee in the hallway. He came and looked at the problem, fetched some tools and fixed it. I called the front desk to request a wake up call. Was informed they didn't do that. The clock radio didn't work , couldn't set the clock or alarm. I reported that, there was no comment. Utilized the pool and hot tub. Went to shower, and there were multiple black hairs over a foot long clinging to the shower walls. I reported that, nothing was done to remedy any of this. We tried to sleep, and doors were banging all night long. Finally at 2:30 AM loud talking began in the hallway. I opened our door to see what the problem was, and there were 2 police officers talking to the people in the adjacent room. Upon seeing the police I assumed the noise would be curtailed. The police were there for quite some time. We smelled pot in the hallway. After they left the doors continued to bang all night. We had no sleep, and had to attend a funeral 9 AM this morning. We're angry, mourning our loss. THERE IS NOTHING GOOD ABOUT THIS PLACE!!!

It's tucked away, right next to the hwy, but not accessible from the hwy. Slightly run down. My bed was super firm, too firm for my liking. The phone looked like and functions like the original owner put in. When i tried to call the front desk, it connected on the servos try but was so staticy I couldn't hear them or they me. When i told the front desk, they just sorta looked at me like i was crazy lol i told them they might want to look into replacing it. Had the jacuzzi suite, the jacuzzi's drain handle was broken with sharp edges. It's still functional but seems like a simple fix that could prevent a pretty serious injury. Outside my widow, there's a big empty field and a blue tarp right next to the building, outside the windows. From the outside, it seems more rundown than it is. The fake plants outside and inside don't help. It can't be hard to water and maintain some real ones. Also, it seems as if they maybe forgot to pay the garbage bill... lots of trash and pallets on the side of the building, adds to the rundown look of things. Overall, it was decent. The staff were very nice

They false advertising a fireplace that didn't work and television didn't work. When I called the front desk who check me in to come look at the existing issues,he acted as if he didn't know what was wrong with the fireplace.i didn't leave because it was almost 9p.m. and the night auditor said he was sorry and the manager should take care of the situation.when morning came, the front desk employee said that the manager wasn't going to be there and wanted to talk to me.when talking to the manager about the problem he said that the hotel cut the fireplace off because past customers left it on and added that because of warmer weather it was disconnected. The manager was very rude and talked down to me as if it was my fault that the room warmer working properly. He also said that if I was to go to corporate with how I was treated that nothing would happen. He made me feel upset but I kept it together knowing that this must be a behavior that's been apart of this buisness for him to address me in such a way. He said that I was trying to get a free room like past customers.after all the disrespect from the manager, he offered to give me 20%off the room in the future. In my opinion i don't feel comfortable spending money with businesses who can't be accountable for they actions. No one should be treated or talked to in such a way when they are just trying to have a comfortable experience.i would encourage anyone trying to rent from this hotel, go to a more professional and relaxing place.i really hope that corporate talks to the manager about how he handled the situation because, the manager is the face of the buisness.

The room was newly renovated. The staff were courteous and happy to help. I booked the hotel room at the last minute, as I decided to extend my stay with my daughter. I will definitely stay here again when we move our daughter out of the dorms from college.

We would stay there again. Check-in was great. I was greeted, and the gentleman at the front desk was friendly. Our room was average clean. The bathroom and beds were clean. The floor had some popcorn seeds and crumbs on the floor that were missed. They hallways lobby and breakfast area were clean also. When I arrived, the lobby ws completely full of boxes. It covered the couch and chairs and was completely covering the fireplace. This must have been due to some updating. The breakfast was ok with waffles, cereal, and coffee. No fruit! The pool area is large but had no towels. The 7 of us swimming were given 4 towels to share! The whirlpool didn't work, nor did the sauna. We feel this should be disclosed prior to booking. All in all, it was a hotel we would stay in again if we stayed in the area.
