Hilltop Inn by Riversage

Nice clean hotel. Nothing fancy, but what you need. Especially if you need to be close to the hospital. I had a bit of an issue with the hot water but the desk lady said they just installed a new boiler so that could have been the issue. I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt on that.

We booked this room after my son's accident landed him in the intermountain Trauma Hospital. The hotel is right next door with a sky bridge taking us staying to the hospital. The staff were fabulous! They were so kind when my son got discharged and we had to being him and our whole family to the hotel room to figure out our next nice. They let us use a wheelchair, were so patient with us and so kind. What a wonderful blessing they were to us!! Not to mention lovely, comfortable, and great rooms!

Great hotel. It is located in a busy section of town next door to a large medical center, so parking might be an issue if you arrive very late. The room was very clean and comfortable. Very comfortable beds and work areas in room. Despite being next to a medical center the property was very quiet.

Very clean, well maintained facilty. Even the stairwells were immaculate! Very comfy beds. Room had everything we needed. Very quiet. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Cozy fireplace in lobby. Breakfast was very good. Highly recommend.

I want to thank hilltop end for being there for me when I have surgery, the room was very warm and it was very clean I will definitely come back. I got very comfortable fast even though I was in pain my bed was very comfortable.

The employees are very friendly and hospitable making check in and out easy peasy. They had cookies and popcorn for us upon check in but ran out for half the family with cookies since it was after 8pm when we arrived. The elevator helped us to our floor and our room was very clean. Ours had one queen and one double along with a mini fridge, microwave, two luggage racks, iron, hairdryer as well as mini toiletries for the bathroom- shampoo, body wash, soap bar and makeup remover kit. There wasn’t any recycling in the room and didn’t notice any in the lobby or eating area. The beds were reasonably comfortable but did shake a bit when you move around. The AC seemed to not get cooler once it reached a certain temp but it cooled off the room enough for our needs. Breakfast- biscuits and gravy, premade omelettes, sausage, cereal and milk, apples and oranges, Costco muffins, yogurt, bread and bagels, oatmeal packets, waffle maker and syrup, PBJ packets and honey, juices, coffee…as well as vending machines $, ice machine, and a washer/dryer $ on the second floor. The hotel isn’t high end but has all the basic amenities plus a nice layout for breakfast along with friendly staff for a more reasonable price than many other options in the area. So if you’re looking for a nice clean place with food and friendly faces, without tons of extra frills this is an excellent option! We would stay again if we are passing through.

Always a great hotel, comfy beds, decent breakfast, and great location. Was told they don't do wakeup calls anymore so that was a bummer but still a great stay.

Excellent location, near Billings clinic, which is where we needed to be. Wonderful people working here. A nice woman made us a delicious breakfast, included in the price. The beds are comfortable. The air conditioning worked great. Highly recommend.
