Best Western Plus Clocktower Inn

Do not stay here! Rude and unhelpful front desk service. They made us wait for our room and never told us when it was ready. When I complained, the front desk young girl told me, “thank you”. No apology, nothing. People asking for money roamed the parking lot at all hours and hung out in hallways at night. It was loud and felt unsafe. It’s expensive for what you get. Honestly, I’ve stayed in run down motels way better than this. Save yourself the hassle and just stay somewhere else.

Got in at 2 o’clock this morning. The lady working the night shift was very friendly, professional, and accommodating. We are platinum members so she extended our check out until 1pm and gave us free waters. The room was very nice and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. And the shower was also very nice. Plus they have heated floors! We will definitely stay here again!

This is an amazing hotel with the best staff! Very fast, friendly and courteous workers. Room was big, very clean and comfortable. Front lobby has an excellent atmosphere. The staff goes above and beyond! I will definitely be using this hotel anytime I’m travelling back through Billings!

This is definitely a motel with doors that lead to the outside. The bed was very comfortable, the heated floor in the bathroom a plus. Pet friendly, great breakfast. Being in the heart of downtown, the parking was tight, a bit noisy on the street. But calmed down during the night. Staff was friendly and recommended places to eat. Nice fitness center.

The hotel was clean and well kept up and the room was very comfortable. No issues with the WIFI. Be sure to use your voucher or the free breakfast next door. The breakfast there is really good as are the baked goods. The manager of the hotel is super nice and very accommodating. The hotel staff is friendly and attentive. I will definitely be staying there again as I come to Billings each year.

I thought this hotel would be old and sometimes with old hotels I'm disappointed, but that is not the case here. It is also downtown and I was leery of that, but it was no problem. We had a pet friendly room that was super clean and it smelled good. The lighting was spectacular, and the shower was clean with good water pressure. The room was spacious and comfortable. We were on the 1st floor and the people above us were stompers, so we wore our ear plugs to sleep. Also the City of Billings runs their water dump trucks at 6:30 am in the morning, so I recommend ear plugs. Breakfast is at the restaurant across from the hotel. We will be back if we drive through Billings again!!

Located in downtown, rooms were great! The shower was nice but the best thing was the in floor heat in the bathroom. Rooms were clean and well appointed, staff was amazingly friendly and helpful.

Lindy and Stone had amazing customer service. We had an awfully horrid travel day on United Airlines. They made us feel welcomed, appreciated, and sympathized with our issues. We've stayed here previously and will always stay here when in Billings. The breakfast and customer service is outstanding as well!
