Our first room smelled like an outhouse. We quickly found out why. The toilet was full of poo. We asked for a different room. The second room was missing the shower curtain, with the rod lying in the bathtub. Dog food on the floor. They don't clean well. Highly do not recommend.

Came in off the road, absolutely exhausted, so take this review as you will. I kept the room to avoid further inconvenience, however, the room was not visibly clean. The bed linens were stained; you need to be incredibly strong to turn the sink on (and I'm a large male). The bathtub looked like someone washed their dog in it before we arrived; no effort was made to clean the tub. Also, the exterior door mechanism doesn't work, so you cannot enter from outside. The refrigerator doesn't work; I verified that it was plugged in and not turned off. I would not choose to stay here again unless it were the only accommodation within 100 miles. The front desk staff were great.

I give them one star because I have too. I would give zero if it gave the option. My husband and brother in law stayed one night from traveling. My brother in law smokes cigarettes and they both went OUTSIDE to smoke. We got hit with a $350 smoking fee even though no one ever smoked in that room. I’m writing this to warn future visitors to steer VERY CLEAR from this hotel.

Stayed after driving 15 hours, easy check in, front staff ladies were super welcoming and accommodating to myself & my two dogs. Gave me all the info I needed! Room was clean and I felt safe and comfortable. I give 4/5 for rooms because the bed had working wheels on it and every time I got in/out or leaned against the wall the bed would move but not a huge deal. Would stay again!

We only stayed because we needed somewhere pet friendly with a low rate, and had been sick of driving. The lady at the front desk was nice, mentioned she had been working a double and was short staffed. Got us all checked in just fine, warned us the doors lock might not work from the outside (could access from the inside of motel and outside your own entrance) because it had been having issues, but it was the only 1st floor double she had left (we needed 1st floor for the dog and my disabled mother in law), so we said that was fine. I wouldn’t say dirty is the word, but I also wouldn’t say the room was necessarily clean. The white comforter was stained with some black smudges (looked like cigarette ash), there was dust on the top part of the tv, and there were stains on the drapes too. I know how often those are cleaned though, so whatever. Stained, and dirty can be different. I could smell the power pack soap on the blankets and sheets, so I knew they at least had been washed (yes I’ve worked in a hotel). We checked the mattresses, which had covers on them, and didn’t see signs of bedbugs, so that was positive. Shined lights behind the headboards drilled to the walls, and behind the tv stand, and didn’t see anything scurry, so we figured it would work just for the night. Got everyone and our bags in, went into the bathroom to pee, and saw a clump of hair on the “clean” shower wall just hanging out, so decided not to use that and just shower at our next destination. Tv worked, heater worked, we were able to snag some of the free breakfast. Checkout is posted at 11. We were told it was at 11. Around 9:15, someone knocks at our door-my husband answered as I was working on getting everything together. It was housekeeping, saying they needed to get in and clean the room. My husband asked, checkout is at 11, correct? They nodded and said yes but I need to get in here and clean. He said ok well we will be out before 11, you can get in here when we’re done. The housekeeper stood there and stared at him blankly for about 15 seconds, rolled her eyes, and walked away. Very rude and unprofessional. I know you get what you pay for but this is just common courtesy. Neighborhood was meh, a little sketch but I’ve seen worse. Not horrible. Motel 6 is next door too. Just go in with low or no expectations and you’ll be just fine. 🤷‍♀️

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Tried it because I'm traveling with a new rescue pup that isn't potty trained. Good choice in this aspect because she couldn't cause any destruction to make the disgusting room any worse. Huge squished spider with blood splatter on the wall, floors so dirty your socks are black, shower wouldn't drain because drain was very visibly clogged with hair and entry key card repeatedly wouldn't work and had to wait inline behind other complaining customers for about half an hour just to get another useless key card multiple times.

Do not get a room if you have even minor health issues, Smells like smoke throughout, Cops coming to property. It's against policy to give a refund, I went ahead and just lost my money. Anyone and everyone hangs out there. Definitely do NOT stay here. The young lady at first didn't look no older than 20 and just her alone, but she was very friendly.

For the price I booked at it wasn't horrible. It does have a pool which I never used but I did notice it was getting cleaned out daily since it was right outside my window. The carpet wasn't super clean as well as the shower. I also an empty beer can behind the TV when we first got into the room. They did have a decent free breakfast with a waffle maker which most guests utilized every morning. Other hotels I've stayed at always had an out of order waffle maker or they just didn't want to bother with it, so it was nice to see one actually in use. I will say the front desk girl that worked most evenings was very friendly and had a great personality.
