Positive: Nothing. I?ll never book a Travelodge hotel room again as long as I live. Negative: I didn?t go to the hotel. I asked to cancel my reservation because their pool wasn?t open (despite there being no information on your website stating it was an outdoor pool and that it was therefore, closed). I haven?t received a refund.

Positive: I sat in lobby 6 hrs and couldn't check in after we paid Negative: Didn't get a room didn't get refund or room credited and they said they would comp room and we got charged again with out staying

Positive: Our room was ready to check in when we arrived. Very friendly clerk at the front desk, check-in was easy and fast. Our room was clean and was new remodeled, very nice. Check-out was easy & fast. Negative: Plans for the future to serve a breakfast, tables & chairs, coffee, ice machine is nice. But breakfast wasn¿t functional during our stay. We did wake up to 3 men verbally fighting below our window, but this wasn¿t the hotel¿s fault. Negative: ""
