NillStayed for 2 nights so I could attend my mom's funeral. The breakfast is terrible. Watered down juice, uncooked bacon, biscuits and NO gravy. The ice machine doesn't work. Can only come in and out 1 of 3 doors. My room was disgusting. Dirty sheets, nasty socks left in the room, what looks like vomit in the trash can. Literal trash under both beds. Will NEVER waste my money here again. Run don't walk away from this place 😡

Nillunder construction but worth it. I stayed in a room recently renovated it’s nice. Love the window view. Several walking distance place to eat or shop. staff was super friendly. Prices are decent. Decent breakfast is served also. I recommend

NillI wish I could even rate the hotel stay itself, I didn't make it that far. I tried to book online, but I got no confirmation email or text. Confused, I tried to call the location to reach out. The phone the front desk at the hotel uses sounds extremely outdated, as I could hardly hear the person trying to help me over the crackling. Every time I tried to ask a question about my upcoming stay, I was met with extended periods of silence with no answer to my questions. I had to keep repeating myself, asking them to repeat thwmselves, and every time i tried to ask a question it was not exactly answered clearly, as if the guy answering the phone didnt actually know what i was asking about. I decided this was too difficult to deal with and asked if they could please cancel my booking, since they never even took money for my payment after I put my debit card info into their website (not a third party, THE ACTUAL website). To which they just said yes, asked why, and while I was explaining how I have an Auditory Processing Disorder and can't follow through with this booking if I cannot hear them clearly, they hung up on me. I figured it was fine because they didn't take my money, and started looking for a new hotel. Then a second person who's sole job is to cancel reservations called me from a different phone, I know this because I said "oh wonderful, if i can hear you over this line, I don't have to cancel my booking and you can help me!" And the response i got was extremely confusing and not direct. He said I would have to call his boss if I didn't want to cancel. The boss at the location with the bad phone that I couldn't hear anything on? No thank you. I tried to ask if there was a way for me to contact the location without the old crackling phone getting in the way so I could continue my booking, but he hung up on me too. Anyways, I think this is the worst customer service I've experienced from a motel before I could even stay there, so even if yall get that crackling phone fixed i probably won't ever be giving em my time. If you stay here, seriously book from a third party so you don't have to talk to the representatives until they hand you your keys. Maybe then, you'll have an easier time than I did.

NillNo cars in the parking lot, Holes in the side of the building, the lobby smelled and the hotel didn't look anything like the picture in the website. We asked for a refund and went across the street to Quality Inn. They were absolutely amazing to us and told me that they have another customer who left there and had bedbugs!!!!!
