Check-in clerk was friendly until I declined the $3 added to my bill for a tip for staff; then after that she acted like she didn't want to talk to me. Sorry, but I've never before had to decline a tip presumptively added to my hotel bill. Seems like a scam by the hotel to put me in the awkward position of declining a tip for staff who are looking me in the face when I do it, and I resent that, so I don't feed into it. Just pay your staff what they deserve to take the job and don't put me in that position.So I was put in a room right next to the lobby which was maybe my punishment for declining to add the tip, and was very noisy.The room had a pungent musty odor but otherwise seemed clean.

Everything was great when i checked in. But when i checked out and left shortly after there was $3 charged to my card 4 times for the 2 rooms 2 nights. I called and asked what it was and they said its tips for the housekeeping and I did not agree on any of these transactions. Yes its not much but forcing customers to pay this and hope they dont notice or care is ridiculous. PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER. Not in my entire life have i ever heard of tips at a hotel either. SHADY SHADY. DO BETTER!!!

The service was terrible and even though there was a blizzard and the roads were closed, they would not refund for me for our first night since we couldn’t make it to the hotel until the next day. Expedia tried contacting them numerous times and they approve the one night credit. I will never stay here again!

We stayed here for two nights as a family of four. The pillows weren't my favorite, and some of the things could be spruced up (the vinyl on breakfast chairs were not in good shape), but the price was good and there were lots of staff people keeping things clean. We used the pool twice and we had it to ourselves both times. The pool itself was small, but there was a hot tub!

This hotel is great. Friendly staff, clean, odor-free, quiet. THANK YOU! Loved it. Stayed twice on a trip. Left $20 both times. Great location. I don't eat breakfast but saw their options and it's the usual, but very nice. Really appreciate an odor-free hotel!!!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Cleanest bathroom floor I've seen in awhile. Bed was comfy and the air conditioning worked fine. I really like the shampoo and conditioner dispensers. Less wasteful and better for the environment.
