NillThis is NOT the hotel you want if you need to rest. The walls are as thin as a cheap motel and you can hear EVERYTHING. Why even have walls it was like all the people in rooms next to and above were right next to us. The outside noise is like you have the window open. The heat and a/c are together, and you have to turn the temp to 78 in order to have heat. Very hot or very cold, we ended up turning the system off completely. There is also a flashing blue light inside the unit that is constant. The soap dispenser is a mess, leaking all over the vanity. The pool was disgusting. Not sure how people let their kids swim in that. We had no hand towels in our room, and I was told that they were catching up on laundry because of a soccer team that just left. They just threw extra wash cloths on top of the bath towels in our room. The room is very small and compact. No closet, just a tiny bar that hangs above the mini-fridge. Now, none of these issues are due to the staff, who try to be helpful and kind. The company is too cheap to pay more than ONE person on duty for a busy hotel. I am a Hilton Honors member but can't see myself staying at any more of their properties. I only write reviews for extraordinary or terrible experiences. This is the latter...And I don't need a response from management saying "so sorry for your experience, we strive to do better" etc.. Hilton just lost a customer.

NillWoke up to itching all over my body!!!! Bed bugs every where. You can tell these beds in this room were infested with them! They just kept coming out babies and full grown bed bugs!!! Disgusting. Never leave reviews but I would hate for someone else to stay here and wake up to this bs. If we came home with one our house is done for. Do better Hilton!!!

NillI wish I can rate this hotel for no star at all or I can upload a video so everyone can see the crawling bed bugs. I trusted Hilton for a long time, but this one freaked me out big time. Sick of being lied to from Tiffany about the process of refund, the managers is not around, managers want her to contact pest control. This is the worst experience ever! 4/25/2025 —>Update 4/26/25 Husband called corporate, they did actually put a work ticket in and found bed bugs and will get refunded by monday! Yes Tiffany!it’s bed bugs not beettles that you think it was! Sick of making us feel that we were lying, over a refund?!! You guys do not know how we were terrified and the lack of sleep cuz we end up sleeping in our car cuz we do not trust the new room they moved us. Now I have to deal with my stuff and my car at home!!!! This is frustrating!

★★★★★Nice surprise - it's not every day one gets to stay at a really new hotel. Open since this past May, the new hasn't worn off; bright colors, (very) clean... what's not to like? But everyone knows 'its about the people..."||Staff is terrific! Engaging, knowledgeable and apparently, (mostly) hospitality careerists who understand the business and have a personal stake in success. We especially appreciated Dawn and Nichole for their engaging personalities and enthusiasm for their work.||A few points - the breakfast is good but if you're looking for cuisine, you might want to go elsewhere. The coffee during our stay was well maintained, all day! (Thanks!). The hotel also has an awesome lobby with various nooks/areas for kids to play, have quiet(er) meetings and work alone. The rooms have a sparse, Scandinavian decor that might seem cold to people looking for richer woods/carpet/window coverings but that's just part of the Tru brand... of which I have one complaint; the soap tubes can be hard to squeeze (certainly not the fault of this or any Tru, more a corporate-thing.||Anyway, it'll only be new for so-long but if they keep the level of customer attention and facilities management up, this Tru will stay shiny and new for many years.

NillWas excited that was going be a newer hotel. Over would probably go back. However, it was the 1st time staying in a hotel that I questioned if my bedding had not been nchanged between guest, found lipstick lips on blankets when in bed late at night and a brown stains on bath mat when laid down to take shower. We came from out of state with a group and our group had a hard time using the hotel as there was 2 outside birthday parties consuming the pool and lobby. We were in the lobby, we witnessed people with the birthday parties saying their good byes and leave. So this how we know that not all members of the parties where not staying in the hotel as we saw them using the pool as well. Little disappointed.

NillStayed 4 nights had to change rooms twice. No hot water in my room (only this room??) Also, floor we were on had noisy people pounding on doors. Not fun. Service people were rude 2 nights and apologetic two nights. Luckily, Hilton has other properties we've had better stays at. 3 strikes on Not staying at Tru property anymore.

NillWith this being a newer hotel the beds are so firm that sleeping on the floor would be more comfortable. The room creaked a lot and the bathroom has an echo that if you farted, the people 2 doors down could hear you. There are no closets, no safe, and no coffee maker in the room although there’s a coffee bar in the lobby-it’s ok. With the bathroom there’s no tub, no slip resistant on the shower floor and no grab bar. My fiancé slipped and almost busted his ass our first morning here so be careful getting into the shower. Overall the stay was decent, it’s in a great location and easy to find. Breakfast was good, definitely felt like a kid again with the cool gadget that makes pancakes.

NillRoom is very spacious. Walk in shower in over sized bathroom. Very comfortable. Has a fridge, no microwave. Coffee is available 24/7.
