The Kindler Hotel

So pleasant & comfortable! Those with mobility issues would not be able to use, but I loved soaking in the deep tub. Some reviewers mentioned scented air in hallways. It was barely noticeable - not a concern for us. We had drinks and a bite to eat the night we arrived at the Boitano Lounge. The hotel offered a discount on their website - service and flavors were great. And it's just a beautiful place to relax after a long day of travel. We self-parked in a secure ramp connected to the hotel. I'd stay again any time!

I stayed at the Kindler this last Friday 2/21, I actually live in Lincoln and just decided to stay here to write an evaluation essay for my English Comp class. All I can say I my small English class will hear a raving review as well. The staff and manager were so nice and helpful, the entire hotel was sparkling and clean, and I am a picky guest when it comes to cleanliness, and the entire hotel just offered a luxury experience so unique to the Lincoln area that I have yet to experience anywhere else locally. If you have the opportunity to stay here I highly recommend! I will hopefully be back sooner rather than later for my next staycation!

Our stay at Kindler Hotel was amazing! The rooms are very clean, the check in was exceptional. The bar is just amazing and after a great day of shopping was just what we needed! Staff are so kind and welcoming. I recommend a stay at Kindler! For any occasion! Especially a weekend get away. You will no the disappointed!!

Booked a two night stay for a business trip with my wife. Arrived late, checked in and immediately attended an event, utilized the hotel bar, and went to sleep without being in the room with lights on for less than an hour. Night two we return to the hotel in between scheduled events and observed 2 cockroaches within a 30 minute period both of varying sizes/stages of life. We had no time to address the situation due to prior commitments that night. Upon our return went directly to sleep thinking it may have been an isolated incident. The morning of check out I left early for business and my wife stayed for check out and to pack. Within the two hours she spent awake she found numerous additional roaches. My wife a immigrant to this country attempted to address the situation with the staff and felt that it was not taken seriously, the staff member refused to review images and videos she had taken of the insects, did not retrieve a manager, and simply took a hand written note of the incident. The staff member seemed unfazed by it and left the feeling that it was common knowledge that there was a problem. I was forced to call the hotel and speak to a manager who had never received the note, the manager requested i submit the images and videos to the hotel email. Before I even submitted the email they refunded me 50% implying that again they knew prior that it had been an issue. The refund for less than 200 dollars is a slap in the face as I frequent the hotel multiple times a year and commonly spend more than that at the hotel bar alone on any given night.

I have had the pleasure of staying at The Kindler Hotel several times and the level of luxury I experience each time is unparalleled. The rooms are gorgeous and immaculately kept (the bedding is a dream!), the service is top-tier from the moment you walk in the door, and the aesthetic is contemporary and welcoming. Don't forget to grab a delicious craft cocktail and charcuterie board in their lounge before you go! I can't wait to go back!

We loved our stay at The Kindler. Loved the art deco decor. The staff at check-in and check-out were friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and clean. The king sized bed was comfortable. When we stay in Lincoln, we like to walk around the downtown and Haymarket area - the attached parking garage was convenient. We will definitely stay again.

Very sofisticated interiors. The hotel has an amazing lobby, very well decorated and check in was a breeze. The bar in the Lobby is named after Brian Boitano and the drinks were great. The room was well appointed, very comfortable bed and great room service. Higly recommended!

I wanted to post this specifically to highlight the woman that was working the front desk last Saturday (October 12th). I believe her name was Shelly. She was so kind and welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure me and my husband had a lovely stay. I would recommend The Kindler Hotel for her beautiful spirit alone! Also, the room was lovely and clean. The floor was heated in the bathroom. Hotel bar was great.
