We were here this weekend for a wedding and it was fantastic. The rooms were great the door was a little heavy and unfortunately would slam when we would go in and out of it loudly. The only downfall to it was we weren't told about the parking when making the reservation and the street noise was a little loud but not too bad. Location was great we walked around the corner and got pizza and snacked on that all weekend. The front desk folks were fantastic and Lynette and Cassie for breakfast were the nicest ladies ever! It's a little different because you have to order before you sit down and we found that out after doing the reverse but other than that would recommend the place!

Booked the room on the Hilton Honors app. Listed as pet friendly accepts dogs for $75 a night. Checked in online. Asked rude flippant front desk “manager” where pet relief area was it pointed down the hall and said at “our park” . Walked doggie down the hall that ended at the pool. Went back to small rude boy at front desk and he then said oh out front door and turn right. The area he eventually directed me to was a public park two blocks away. Not having a pet relief area isn’t a pet friendly hotel. Asked for refund and was denied and chastised for assuming hotel actually had a relief area. Apparently rude boy isn’t familiar with laws regarding credit card disputes.

Front desk people where nice However. The beds sucked. Hard as a rock and very noisy. No complimentary breakfast and you have to pay for parking in the garage. You would think the money you spend on just the rooms would be enough for the parking, comfy beds, and breakfast. But unfortunately not. Will not be staying here again.

Perfect location for Old Market and Downtown fun! Love that we always had a place to park. Friendly staff, clean and nice rooms! Love that there was a happy hour (even tho we didn't have time to go). Definitely recommend!

The rooms are a bit dated it is definitely time for an upgrade. The garage is a nice touch, but the access gate was broke almost every day for two weeks. Parking is a bit of a headache, and hotel managed to overbook which made parking a even bigger headache due to the weather . Housekeeping was great. Back to the parking garage diamond members parking was limited and the elevator to access different floors date for service is out dated!!

We took roadtrip across the US, we have stayed in 8 different Hilton Properties. This was by far the worst stay. To start off, we like taking advantage of hotel breakfast before hitting the road but this was the only Hilton garden that didn’t have a full breakfast option ready at 6:45 in the morning. The restaurant staff was sitting in a corner having personal conversations instead of focusing on having breakfast buffet ready. Rooms were outdated, the water in the shower was extremely hot that I had to use the water from the sink and a coffee cup to bathe my toddler. The check in process was great and parking was convenient but not free. The lobby was very nice but the rooms need more attention and maintenance.

The location is great. Walking distance to many places to eat and to be entertained. There is even an indoor mini-golf across the street. The shower head in our room had a huge leak, so we weren’t sure how much maintenance attention the place is getting. The parking deck next door was pretty full, but we eventually found a space.

Hector was polite and friendly as I was looking for a last minute hotel. He answered my questions that allowed me to choose this as the best place for my stay. I will be returning as it is convenient for attending events at the Convention Center and great location for night life. Will recommend to others staying downtown Omaha in the future.
