Hilton Garden Inn Omaha West

This is a very clean hotel. It's been recently updated and looks great. Shannon at the front desk was so friendly and caring. The pillows are very thin, so considering bringing your own. There's a bar in the hotel with a wide selection of drinks. Overall great stay!

The rooms are clean and comfortable. Just a standard hotel room which is all I need. Love having a mini fridge to keep water and soda cold. Spacious bathroom and shower with plenty of counter space. The hotel and rooms are generally quiet. There's always the risk of a loud person in the hall or above you but it hasn't seemed as noticeable in the times I've stayed here (or maybe I got lucky).

The staff at Hilton Garden Inn made our abrupt stay very nice. When all of Fremont was without power, it seemed like a lot of us had the same idea to flock to West Omaha. Even though they were bombarded with many “refugees,” the staff was very friendly and helpful. The indoor pool and hot tub is nice, and their common areas are very comfortable.

I don’t know how they did it. |There was a power outage in multiple nearby towns and they were almost (or completely) full. They somehow managed to keep the entire place, clean and welcoming for the guests. Props to management cleaning and bartending.

We had a wonderful stay here 10/18/24-10/19/24. We booked 2 rooms and had a dog with us. We got to pre-check in and choose our room! There was a shuttle service that could take you anywhere within a 5 mile radius. It took us to dinner. The hotel was clean, well organized and the staff were very friendly.

We were there to help celebrate the grand opening of one of my wife's preschools in Elkhorn the location of this hotel was perfect, right by many shopping places and places to eat and just 15 minutes from the school. The room was very clean and very comfortable. My only complaint was the breakfast buffet. The buffet really should be dropped from the name. It's not a buffet, as you would imagine $12.99 for a plate of potatoes, bacon, and eggs. I am allergic to eggs, so they gave me sausage. The food was good but I wanted more and if I wanted more it was gonna cost more. I was expecting to be able to go up and get as much as I wanted. The only thing you could get more of for free was basic foods you'd find at any hotel for a continental breakfast. After we left, I ended up having to stop at Chick Fil-A to get more food because I was still hungry.

This is a very clean and nice property…it would have been 5 stars but when I was waiting in line at the front desk to get my key fixed the employee on duty for the front desk was outside smoking. He looked straight at me and continued to smoke until he was done. I waited almost 5 minutes. I am fine with taking a break but shouldn’t someone man the front desk? Other than that all the staff (cleaners, housekeeping and waitresses)were extremely friendly and helpful! I was surprised that they had a shuttle that took me to the shopping mall!! Huge bonus!

The guy who checked us in was an amazing huge help. We had issues with the third party we had booked in with and it was a very long time before we could get in because of that third party. The Hilton Garden offered us a free breakfast comp or something small. It was greatly appreciated
