Staff very helpful and friendly. We stayed there for mom/grandma’s funeral. All staff were kind and helpful! Great hot breakfast, good coffee. Beds very comfortable! We would stay again! Made our sad trip easier!! Walking distance to downtown, great parking and easy to get in and out!

Morning Staff is always amazing and so friendly! The front desks is very understanding when it comes to traveling with children which is greatly appreciated. && the housekeepers are amazing as well, the rooms are always clean and smell great upon arrival. Ms. Renee is my favorite, we talk each others ears off when I do come to visit. 10/10 would recommend

The staff is always friendly. They are willing to go the extra mile when need be. The town is just cute! There are plenty of places to adventure out to and see.

It's not fancy but it was clean and cool and quiet. Friendly staff. We were on the late side getting to the continental breakfast and the gal waited for us to take all that we wanted before cleaning up. Standard breakfast fare, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal,juice, coffee etc.

The room was not cleaned well at all. My friend was the first to use the toilet and she found fecal matter on the outside of the toilet lid. I went in to look and it appeared that the back of the toilet was not cleaned either. We tried to put things in the refrigerator and there was crumbs and grime along the tops were the handle could have been. The floors were dirty, something a carpet shampooing would have cleaned up. The next day I discovered what I’m guessing was more fecal matter on the shower curtain. The breakfast area was also dirty. It appeared that no one ever swept under the cereal bar. My friend and I had booked a rafting event and did not have time to change hotels last minute. Otherwise we would have ran out of their. ||||The water pressure was decent in the shower, the beds and pillows were comfortable and the breakfast was decent. Those are the only positive things I can comment on.

Positive: It was very clean. The manager is top notch. We have stayed at every hotel in Valentine except the Raine. It is by far the best. Close to downtown and it has a nice breakfast and pool. Negative: The washer was broken and we were there for a week.

I was nervous when we arrived and the parking lot was empty. However the check in was friendly and smooth. The room was comfy. The bathroom was a little tight|We used the bike rentals available across the parking lot and rode the Cowboy Trail across the street.
