Hampton Inn Brockport

Super nice people working here. Breakfast is decent but the bed is very uncomfortable and I can feel the springs in my back and side while I'm sleeping. They also need to get control of the noise from when kids basketball are in town. They run up and down the halls until 130 in the morning.

This is a fairly typical, comfortable Hampton Inn. We received a friendly and helpful reception from Heather and the welcome cookies were good. Many breakfast options are available. Parking is easy.| |Our room had quite adequate space, computer desks, outlets on table between beds, and a fridge. There was no particular view from the room. A second luggage rack would have helped in a 2-bed queen room. We appreciated actually having towel racks and a good shower. But the bathroom needed better lighting. ||Great coffee was always available in lobby and lots of snack items could be purchased in a small shop next to the reception desk.

The cleanliness of this hotel was outstanding. The staff were very friendly and served all my needs. Great housekeeping job!

We stayed Saturday 1/11/25. We travel all over and usually can bank that Hampton Inn is clean and friendly. Well this is not the case . We had two rooms. One room in 202 by stairs, other room not even close in location. We had to call front desk three times for tons of children running up and down halls , slamming doors , playing music loudly, knocking on all doors while zero parental supervision after 10PM . One front desk employee replied to my complaint by saying “I was just up there give it some time “. That comment was at 12:30 AM. Needless to say we were still up after 3 AM. Also , room temperature could not be adjusted and was over 75 degrees . Complained again at checkout and response was only thank you for your input . Nothing else, not what can we do to make this right , nothing . The other person traveling with us was previous diamond member and commented as well on poor service and how surprising the bad service was.

It is a standard Hampton but it's tired. Every piece of furniture is stained or frayed. Everything else is well kept and clean. The rooms smelled of air freshener over musty odor. It is a shame. The service was great and friendly and the breakfast set up plentiful, clean and fresh. With new furniture and carpet it would be worth the over full pricing they charged when I stayed. 269 a night in the middle of nowhere should have been 100 less. But it is a college town and it seems they are the only decent game in town. Next time stay in a new hotel in Rochester for the same price and drive 20 minutes.... unless they freshen things up asap.

Positive: It?s the nicest choice for hotel reservations in the Binghamton area. Negative: I had left my phone in the room and after 4 phone calls and being told it was not found, it was. It was confirmed through a housecleaning worker when we returned to stay again on 11/4.

Outstanding Service from a Dream Team! My family and I recently stayed at Hampton Inn, and the experience was simply incredible. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Morgan, whose warm smile and helpful suggestions made us feel instantly at home. Throughout our stay, Taylor's exceptional attention to detail and prompt service truly made a difference. But it was George who turned our trip into something truly special. My daughter was bored to tears playing by herself in the pool, and he noticed. Within minutes, he surprised them with a fun pool toys! His excitement was contagious, and it turned a quiet afternoon into a memory we'll cherish forever. George's thoughtfulness and genuine care for our family went above and beyond anything we expected. The entire staff at Hampton Inn clearly takes pride in their work, and it shows. Thank you, Morgan, Taylor, and especially George, for making our stay so memorable! We can't wait to come back.

Lifesaver! For reasons I won't go into, we needed a room last minute. Not only did we get a room, but we got to check in early. The ladies at the front desk were quick, efficient and friendly. The room was clean, smelled nice, roomy and comfortable. The location was convenient for us, but it isn't a particularly pretty area. It is a safe area though. The breakfast was much better than some, not as good as a diner of course. The 'convenience store' inside was handy!
