NillWonderful overnight stay at this newish hotel. Perfect location for us as we were dining at the CIA. If the weather had been good would probably have just walked to the restaurant. The room is huge (basically residence inn style with kitchenette and sitting area. It was immaculate. Breakfast was a good notch above the usual free hotel breakfast fare. Will definitely stay here again.

★★★★★My husband and I had a fantastic 1 night stay at this newer Marriott property. I’ve been wanting to stay here since the property opened due to the proximity of FDR’s home and several other historic sites such as the Vanderbilt and Staatsburgh. I redeemed my free Marriott night reward and it was a great value. While we were waiting to check-in, who I assume was one of the managers (I missed his name), immediately greeted us and offered us some reading material on the local area. We were quickly checked in by Mary who asked me my room preference and acknowledged my Marriott status. Although one of the elevators appeared to be out of service during our stay we never had to wait more than 2-3 minutes for the elevator. I noticed a variety of water, coffee, and tea in the area next to the elevators, which is always a nice touch. This is the first time I’ve seen that at a Residence Inn. ||I should also note that although this is hotel is under the Residence Inn brand, I would put this property more on the premium level (think Renaissance and Westin). The property is stunning and the rooms were immaculately clean. I even noticed that the couch in our room was vacuumed, which is not always the case especially with lower tier Marriott properties. ||When we were leaving for dinner, there were a bunch of younger kids who were there for what appeared a competitive sporting event. Although I had noticed some hallway noise, it didn’t really bother me as it was around 5/6pm. Mary was on our floor to respond to what I can assume what was complaints from other guests and she assured us that if we had noise concerns to please let her know. Again, we weren’t bothered by the noise as it was quiet upon our return from dinner but it was nice to know that any concern could be promptly handled.||I wish our stay could have been longer to enjoy some of the other amenities, such as the Storyteller Restaurant and Bar, but I will definitely be returning for my next stay in the Hudson Valley!

NillThe hotel is beautiful and well kept. However, a couple of issued during my short stay left me a bit disappointed. For starters, I reported that the shower door did not close all the way. This was not addressed and resulted in a slip and fall yesterday morning due to the floor being went, which is tied to the door. Secondly, I also communicated that the shelf in the bathroom was coming out of the wall as the plastic mounts in the wall are not secure. This also was not addressed. Lastly, my room was not made up. That in itself is not a big deal. Collectively it shows a lack of concern for customer issues and resulted in me slipping and falling on a wet floor. I was not injured but very angry this simple repair was not completed which is a safety issue. I also discovered the sink this morning the faucet in the bathroom is not securely fastened. I rate my stay overall as an 6 out of 10. The four issues I raised caused the four point difference. I hope you find this feedback useful. Looking for to maybe staying In the future.

NillHad a one night stay here and it was a great experience. Walking distance to the Culinary Institute made it a convenient location. Rooms weren't very well decorated, but that is a minor complaint. Free breakfast was typical hotel offerings. Not amazing, but not awful. I highly recommend staying here. If you're in the area.

NillHyde Park Belfield Inn by Marriott – I highly recommend this hotel to everyone! As a frequent business traveler, I stay at many Marriott locations, and this is easily in my top three. The front desk staff, both during the day and evening, are incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring an outstanding guest experience. All the staff members at this hotel are very kind, but I especially want to highlight Liz and Mary at the front desk—they are truly amazing! Kudos to the hotels leadership—when your team is this happy and customer-focused, it's clear you're doing something right. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a stunning exterior and an equally impressive interior. From the moment you walk in, the lobby exudes warmth and comfort. The **Storyteller Restaurant delivers exceptional food, presented with care and attention to detail. If I could give this hotel 10 stars, I absolutely would. Highly recommended!

★★★★★This hotel is only a year old and so clean & beautiful. We ate dinner at their restaurant and the food was fantastic. I got the duck breat which was superb! The Culinary Institute is across the street so they have the best of the best in the kitchen. The staff were all lovely and it is a great location for the FDR Home tour in Hyde Park. Everything was perfection.

★★★★★Wonderful stay! Hotel is brand new built on historical property. Rooms are spacious and comfy. Excellent bar, The Storyteller. Great food and craft cocktails. Very good free buffet breakfast in the morning. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Especially, the assistant manager John. He's a real doll. Hotel in walking distance of the Culinary Institute. Pay a visit to the school, the property is beautiful.
