Hampton Inn Rochester-Irondequoit

Me and my family had the best stay at this hotel ! We loved every second of our stay here . The rooms and the entire hotel really were so very clean and organized. The breakfast was delicious, me and my kids loved it every morning ! The staff were nice and polite and everything we could need was accessible to us . They have a very nice pool and gym area and our room was very nice and big and CLEAN !! This has been the best hotel we have stayed at in Rochester NY , we will definitely be coming back soon !

My experience was AMAZING. Clean room, great breakfast, friendly and attentive staff, and an accessible location. I have to specially thanks Mrs. Erma for an awesome customer service, for being so attentive to my kids at breakfast helping them making their waffles. Also, Mrs. Cardona (GM of the hotel) thanks for your making our stay so wonderful. Truly appreciate your hospitality and attention to detail.

Super nice hotel! My boyfriend ,Mr.King and I stayed Monday evening. We arrived late coming from plattsburgh! A six hour drive! The hotel is so clean! They definitely take pride in the cleanliness of this hotel which is so impressive and comforting ! The room was very clean! We had a king size bed! It was surprisingly so comfy! Greta pillows! All around so impressed !!

I enjoyed my stay everything was wonderful. The staff was so wonderful and friendly. All but the overnight guy I think his name was David his attitude did not match everyone else. I am not trying to have no one to loose their job but that guy need a attitude adjustment. I came down with a question, but he was not friendly nor did he look like he was approachable so In waited for the next person to come in and ask the next staff. But other than that I felt very welcomed. The rooms were very nice and clean and the breakfast was GREAT!

Clean rooms, attentive and friendly staff. Erma at the front desk was always a joy to conversate and pass time with in the lobby. The pool room was kind of cold but it's winter so wasn't up for much of a swim anyways.

Consumer service Shantel was excellent , while checking us in she was very professional, and very helpful while I was checking in I ask her what was a good restaurant to go to that kid friendly and she gave couple suggestions even look some up and gave me name and addresses and I thought that so kind of her. The room was clean, anything that I needed everyone that work was very pleasant. The next morning for breakfast it must been some event because it was full of kids and the kitchen person I believe someone said her name was Kristie or krissy I’m not forsure but she did a wonderful job taking care of everyone need, making sure food was out without anyone really bringing it to her attention that she ran out, dealing with that many people I applaud her with the positive attitude and her professionalism. Thank you all for everything you did. I would be back again.

5 out of 5 due to cleanliness, great employees, positive and helpful attitudes. The lady at the front desk (I believe her name was Erma) was such a joy, I will always stay here any time I’m in town. The breakfast was so amazingly fresh. Well done chef! Well done staff. Keep up the good work!!

I Loved my stay here with my Family ! The Rooms and the hotel were exceptionally clean. We had everything we needed and we had the best time. If you need a good hotel to stay in Rochester , this is it !
