★Horrible hotel! I arrived around 10:30pm of Jan.31.25. Single old lady travelling alone. The room was dusty, I immediately started to sneeze. I tried to lay down on the bed and right there next to the pillow: Hair! It looked like cubic hair. ! Gross Disgusting !|I was exhausted and I didn't want to be changing rooms. I ended up grabbing a blanket and putting it on the sofa and trying to lay down there. i didn't sleep at all. I slept like 2 hours. Be up for another 2 and go back to sleep another 2. ! The refrigerator was dirty too. I put some water and it was dirty. And then the next morning I went to complain with Manager, nobody wanted to take responsibility. They sent a staff member to corroborate what I had stated. The hair was still there . The refrigerator was still dirty. I went to drink some coffee!! Disgusting ! It looked like tea of how dissolute it was! I showed it to them. They said the manager Henry will call me later on that day on Jan. 31.25. I called back again at 10:00 am . They said the manager had flu and didn't come to work. I told them I need to talk to the manager. They said he would call me. TOday is February 7, 2025 , I just called the hotel, I talked to Nancy. She stated: "Oh the manager just came to work two days ago bc he was sick, but now he is working Night shift. " I am completely disappointed. Not only my experience was awful, but the worst thing to do to a customer is NOT TO FOLLOW UP!||I just called Choice and presented a complaint! If you like clean rooms and clean food! Do not go there. I have stayed at many Comfort Inn and Comfort Inn Suites, this hotel is a degrade for Choice Hotels .||I am trying to add a picture. But it is not letting me!

NillBooked on Expedia in advance for our work group, arrive there to find out they need a card for incidentals. No big deal, but they don't take Amex... All of our business cards are Amex ofcourse. Wait for them to get the hotel manager to approve using an Amex and then find out that despite Expedia having it listed as pet friendly with no restrictions, they don't allow pets over 30lbs. The lady at the front desk was super helpful and tried her best to help me. Ended up going to the best Western down the road that had no restrictions and took Amex with no fuss 🤷

NillMy room was okay except I could have choked on the smell of the room. If it was not for the AC unit fan, I think I would have left. I saw other rooms with their windows open. Now breakfast was terrible. My powdered eggs were swimming in water. The cereal was stale. Despite all of this, the young lady who kept my room deserves a raise. It was very clean and well stocked.

★Positive: Everything was clean and organized Negative: The room they provided was a handicapped room. Nothing against that necessarily except the shower was a hand wand that was as high as my chest. I made it work but would have preferred a normal shower

NillRecommend this hotel. Our room was clean and beds comfortable. Nothing negative to report. We were traveling through and pleased with our stay. Breakast was the usual hotel breakast but something for everyone. Ignore the negative comments. No worries at this hotel.

NillGreedy owners. Don’t expect your reservation to be gracefully honored unless you book directly with them. They make it like it’s a privilege for you to be staying under their roof. When it should be the other way around. After all, it’s a business and there is a transaction for expected services. Hotels are the most fundamentally important business with respect to customer service of all types on the planet and the Patels are lacking almost every time in America because they have no feeling or pride in the business, just the money. You can however usually count on them for cleanliness over the other chain run budget hotels like RedRoof who can’t seem to QC their housekeeper’s. As for the hotel itself, you can tell it was glitz and glamour during some decade of the past. It still holds charm. It’s clean. There is noise from the highway. Parking lot needs work. It could be a decent stay if the service was more comforting.

NillThe room is dirty!! Don’t go by the pictures that they show as the room doesn’t even come close! We ask for a handicap room close by the front as I have Lung cancer and nope clear down the hall. Would I stay again? NO

NillThere was a mix up with Hotels.com who told me they had accidently cancelled my reservation. I phoned The Comfort Inn who indeed said my cancellation had been cancelled. I then proceeded to book another room. I arrived at the hotel late to find out I had two reservations for the weekend. Through many unsuccessful attempts with calls and emails to the manager of the hotel manager Ashleey Hollifield, I was still charged for two rooms. $1300 $CDN for 2 nights in an average hotel hotel.
